Die überdeckung der Beton- oder Eisenbetonteile durch die Ränder der Wärme schlecht leitenden Bauplatten beseitigt insbesondere den gegen die Verwendung von Beton- oder Eisenbetonbauteilen bei Wohnhäusern sprechenden Nachteil, daß der gut leitende Beton kältend wirkt und im Winter oft durch Niederschlag von Feuchtigkeit auf der Innenseite der Wände sich unliebsam bemerkbar macht.
