Distilling machine. The invention relates to refrigeration machines, the compressor of which is driven by an equiaxed electric motor, and consists in the compressor being built into the rotor of the motor.
It is already known to install the impeller of impeller pumps in the rotor of the drive motor. Only these known devices are simple, rotating paddle wheels which are installed in the pipeline in an open manner and through which the water flow freely flows. In the present invention, however, it is a closed Kompres sor whose parts (housing, piston, eccentric) move against each other and must be sealed against each other. The arrangement according to the invention enables the compressor to be assembled with its drive in a particularly simple manner.
The invention is illustrated in the drawings using two exemplary embodiments, namely shows. FIG. 1 shows a vertical axial section through a first embodiment of the refrigeration machine with a rotary piston compressor, FIG. 1 shows the associated cross-section, while FIGS. 3 and 4 show the same representations of a second embodiment with radially moving systems Compressor pistons are.
a is a hood which, together with a base b , forms a gas-tight housing for the compressor and its drive motor and is useful at the same time as an oil separator (Fig. 1), or as a condenser ( Fig. 3) is used for the compressed refrigerant. c is the stator of the electric drive motor (advantageously a single-phase AC motor), d its rotor. According to the invention, the compressor is built into the rotor d .
In the case of FIGS. 1 and 2, the compressor consists of a housing, which is formed by a casing e and two end covers, and a stationary eccentric > g, which forms a sickle-shaped working space h with the jacket e.
The eccentric carries the abutment i separating the pressure side from the suction side and contains the inlet channel k and the outlet channel in. Each of the two channels k respectively. in penetrates one of the hollow axle journals n respectively. o of the eccentric g. The two axle journals n and o are fastened in the hood a and the base b and carry ball bearings_p for the compressor housing, which acts as a hub for the Rotor d, is used.
The refrigerant sucked in through the inlet channel k is compressed in the sickle-shaped working space h and expelled through the outlet channel into the hood a. There the 01 precipitates and forms an oil bath 7 above the bottom b , from which it enters the inlet through a narrow throttle duct s due to the high pressure on it. channel k is pressed to get back to work space h with the next filling.
The oiled-in refrigerant escapes from the hood a, for example, through a further axle channel t, which is only connected to the compressor outlet via the interior of the housing (al b), . in the (not shown) capacitor respectively. Evaporator.
The arrangement according to FIGS. 3 and. 4 is essentially the same and differs only in that rotating the compressor with the piston moving in a straight line is used. In this case, too, the compressor housing e,f is built into the rotor d of the motor. In contrast, the Kol ben 9 as a double-acting piston in a straight, z. B. radial cylinder bore u ge and is moved back and forth by a link block v , which slides in a guide of the piston perpendicular to the cylinder axis and its movement through a fixed eccentric to </ B> receives.
The sliding block v also serves as a control slide for the inlet and outlet of the two cylinder chambers and is for this purpose with channels x, see ver that in, respectively. near the piston end positions with openings y in the piston end walls and alternating with the inlet channel k, or. get into overlap with the outlet channel.
The compressed refrigerant is expelled through the outlet channel into the hood a and is liquefied in it by cooling, so that it collects at the bottom of the container a, b. The liquid refrigerant escapes in a line leading to the evaporator z. As in the first embodiment, the oil slide r that collects above the liquid refrigerant is fed back into the inlet channel k through a throttle opening s.
The design according to the invention makes it possible to keep the overall height of the machine very low and to avoid separate bearings and supports for the compressor and the motor, so that a very important saving in space and components can be achieved, especially in small refrigeration machines.
