Description

  

      Fassnippel.       Gegenstand der     Erfindung    ist ein     Fass-          nippel    für den Ausguss von alkoholfreien Ge  tränken aus Fässern, welcher gekennzeichnet  ist durch ein     Ausgussrohr,    einen gelochten       Verschlusskork,    eine Gummiabdichtung, eine       Unterlagsscheibe,    eine Schraubenmutter und  einen     Verschlusskork    für das     Ausgussrohr.     



  In der Zeichnung ist ein erfindungs  gemässer     Fassnippel    in beispielsweiser Aus  führungsform dargestellt.  



  Es stellen dar       Fig.    1, 2 und 3 einen gebrauchsfertigen  Nippel zum     Einsetzen    ins Zapfenloch des  Fasses in Ansicht,     G-rundriss    und Schnitt;       Fig.    4 bis 11 zeigen einzelne Teile des  Nippels, und zwar       Fig.    4 das     Ausgussrohr,          Fig.    5 und 6 den gelochten     Verschlusskork,          Fig.    7 die     Unterlagsscheibe,          Fig.    8 die Gummiabdichtung, dient zur  Abdichtung zwischen Kork und     Ausgussrohr     (siehe     Fig.    3 Schnitt),

         Fig.    9 und 10 die Schraubenmutter,         Fig.    11 den     Verschlusskork    für das Aus  gussrohr (siebe     Fig.    3 Schnitt).  



  Das Anstechen eines Fasses kann wie  folgt geschehen:       plan    setzt den Nippel in die entsprechende  Öffnung im Fass und zieht die Schrauben  mutter zur guten Abdichtung fest an. Dann  befestigt man ein mit einem Quetschhahn  versehenes Schlauchstück am     Ausgussrohr,     sterilisiert das Schlauchinnere mit Alkohol  und stösst mit einem passenden Dorn den im       Ausgussrohr    sitzenden     Abschlusskork    in das       Fassinnere.  



      Barrel nipple. The subject of the invention is a barrel nipple for pouring alcohol-free drinks from barrels, which is characterized by a pouring tube, a perforated cork closure, a rubber seal, a washer, a nut and a cork closure for the pouring pipe.



  In the drawing, a barrel nipple according to the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment.



  1, 2 and 3 show a ready-to-use nipple for insertion into the mortise of the barrel in a view, G-Rundriss and section; 4 to 11 show individual parts of the nipple, namely Fig. 4 the pouring tube, Figs. 5 and 6 the perforated cork closure, Fig. 7 the washer, Fig. 8 the rubber seal, serves to seal between the cork and the pouring tube (see Fig . 3 cut),

         9 and 10 the screw nut, FIG. 11 the cork closure for the pouring pipe (see Fig. 3 section).



  A barrel can be pierced as follows: plan the nipple in the corresponding opening in the barrel and tighten the screw nut for a good seal. Then a piece of hose with a pinch cock is attached to the pouring pipe, the inside of the hose is sterilized with alcohol and the cork in the pouring pipe is pushed into the inside of the barrel with a suitable pin.
