Device for supplying the spinning solution to rayon spinning machines, in the case of rayon production, the spinning solution is generally fed to each spinning point by a special pump. This use of individual pumps generally ensures a satisfactory uniformity in the delivery of the spinning solution and thus a uniform titer. The prerequisite for this is that the pumps are well coordinated and monitored during operation.
Apart from the increase in price due to the large number of pumps, operational difficulties arise.
One has therefore switched to feeding a plurality of spinnerets from a common pump. This makes the system cheaper and facilitates monitoring. However, the previously known designs have the disadvantage that the spinning solution emerges in an uneven and fluctuating amount at the individual spinning positions without any recognizable cause.
The object of the invention is a new device for achieving a uniform exit of the spinning solution from all nozzles. Before the device is characterized in that the tube that carries the spinnerets, hereinafter referred to as the spinning tube for the sake of brevity, is fed with spinning solution at several points by one and the same conveying device.
The device consists, for example, of a common conveying device, for example a gear pump, behind which the line forks into a plurality of branch lines which open into the spinning tube at certain intervals.
Another embodiment of the device consists in that the conveying device is connected to a pipe which is connected to the spinning pipe running in parallel by a plurality of connection pipes.
A particularly expedient embodiment consists in that the tube to which the conveying device is connected is arranged in the interior of the spinning tube and is connected to it by a number of bores. This eliminates the need to arrange special branch lines.
Practically perfect uniformity of the emerging solution can be achieved if nozzles of graduated dimensions are provided at the points of obstructions between the feed pipe and the spinning tube, which are adapted to the pressure drop.
The drawing shows the invention in two exemplary embodiments. It shows: FIG. 1 a device with a tube connected to the spinning pump, which is connected to the spinning tube by branch lines, FIG. 2 shows a device in which the the spinning pump connected pipe is located within the spinning tube in cal matic representation, Fig. 3 is a partial section and a Teilan view along the line AB of FIG.
According to the embodiment of FIG. 1, the gear pump 1 for the spinning solution is connected to a pipe 2 which is connected to a pipe 4 through pipes 31, 32, 3s, etc., to which the spinning positions 71, 72, 7s, etc. . are connected. Nozzles can be inserted into the connecting pipes 31-3s.
By using this Vorrich lines it is possible to significantly equalize the amount of solution exiting at the individual spinnerets.
In a second embodiment (FIGS. 2 and 3) the tube 2 is laid in the interior of the spinning tube 4. The tube 2, which has a considerably smaller diameter than the spinning tube 4, is arranged in the lower part of the spinning tube 4 and has a number of bores 8 on the lower side distributed over the length. The spinning tube 4 is so strong that it also serves as a support structure for the .Spinn. The connecting tubes 5 for the spinnerets 6 are located on the upper side of the spinning tube 4.
A particularly uniform supply of the spinning solution to the spinning stations is obtained with the arrangement of jets in the pipes 3 (Fig. 1), in the bores 8 of the pipe 2 or in the connecting pipes 5 (Fig. 3). The dimensions of these nozzles can be graded according to the pressure loss to be increased in the direction of flow by increasing the cross-section of each nozzle following in the direction of flow with the same length of the nozzles, or by increasing the length of the nozzles with the same cross-section of the nozzles which can be removed from the next nozzle.
In both cases the resistance of the nozzles will decrease in the direction of flow, so that a pressure equalization is created and the pressure behind the nozzles is even among each other.
