Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung der Hemmung von     Uhrwerken.       Die vorliegende Erfindung     betrifft    ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung der Hemmung von  Uhrwerken, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet,  dass für alle Bestandteile der Hemmung, wie  Anker, Klauen, Rad, Plateau, Spiralfeder     etc.,     eine durch Erhitzung erhärtende Metallegie  rung verwendet wird, deren eine Legierungs  komponente als härtender Zusatz dient und  die nach Bearbeitung auf die gewünschte  Form durch Erhitzen vergütet wird. Als  Legierung kommt zum Beispiel Beryllium  kupfer,     Berylliummangan        etc.    in Betracht,  worin Beryllium die härtenden Legierungs  komponente darstellt.

   Da die Legierung vor  dem Erhitzen verhältnismässig weich ist,  lassen sich die Bestandteile der Hemmung  leicht bearbeiten, wonach sie durch Erhitzen  der Legierung derart vergütet werden, dass  sie die nötige Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen  Abnutzung und Bruch erhalten. Dabei kann  man die Legierung in ihrer Zusammensetzung  derart wählen, dass die Hemmungsbestand  teile auch praktisch     unmagnetisch    sind.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung der Hemmung von Uhrwerken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für alle Bestandteile der Hemmung eine durch Erhitzung erhärtende Metallegierung verwendet wird, deren eine Legierungskom ponente als härtender Zusatz dient und die nach Bearbeitung auf die gewünschte Form durch Erhitzen vergütet wird. UNTERANSPRüCHE 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man für ihre Bestand teile eine Berylliumlegierung verwendet. 2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Legierung in ihrer Zusammensetzung so wählt, dass die aus ihr hergestellten Hemmungsbe standteile praktisch unmagnetisch sind.
