High pressure steam system with waste steam recovery. The invention relates to a high-pressure steam system with Abdampfver evaluation, in which the steam from the steam generator is partly passed through an engine, partly through an overflow line in the steam system from. It consists in regulating both the steam flowing through the engine (working steam) and the steam flowing through the overflow line (overflow steam). For example, the overflow steam can be regulated as a function of the engine speed, the working steam as a function of the pressure of the steam generator, or conversely, the overflow steam as a function of the pressure of the steam generator, while the working steam as a function of the engine speed be managed.
The aim of the invention is to be able to adapt the output of the high-pressure steam generator to the exhaust steam consumption independently of the output of the engine and to avoid strong fluctuations in the load on the steam generator.
Two embodiments of a steam system designed according to the invention are shown schematically on the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a steam system in which the working steam is set by a pressure regulator and the flow steam by a speed regulator. According to FIG. 2, however, a pressure regulator is seen for regulating both the working steam and the overflow steam.
The in the high pressure steam generator 1 he testified and exiting through line 2 steam is partly passed through the line 3, the engine 4 and the line 5, partly through the overflow line 6 in the steam system from. In this example, the engine consists of a steam turbine coupled to the generator 7. The exhaust steam combined from the lines 5 and 6 is condensed in the steam converter 8 and fed as condensate through the line 9 to the feed water tank 10. The secondary steam generated in the steam converter 8 is fed through line 11, for example, to a heating system and then passed as condensate through line 12 in turn into the steam converter 8.
The steam generator 1 is fed through the line 13 with the aid of the pump 14. Both the feed line 13 and the schematically drawn furnace 15 are provided with control elements 16 and 17, which are under the influence of the secondary steam through the line 31. In this way, the steam generation is set depending on the heat consumption of the heating system not ge.
In order to always get the required amount of steam regardless of the power of the engine 4 and to avoid strong changes in the live steam pressure, regulators 18 and 19 are switched on in line 3 for the working steam as well as in overflow line 6, of which the organ 18 by the pressure regulator 20 depending on the pressure prevailing in the line 2, the organ 19, however, by the speed controller 21 depending on the speed of the engine 4 are set. If the engine 4 is loaded, for example, its speed increases, the organ 19 is opened by the speed controller 21, so that the pressure in the line decreases slightly as a result.
As a result, however, the pressure regulator 20 is put into action, which ver reduces the application of the engine 4 by closing the member 18, so that its speed again drops to the original value. In the event of a change in load, the speed controller 21 responds first and only afterwards the pressure controller 20. To prevent overregulation, between the two organs 18 and 19 a return ZD indicated by the dash-dotted line 33 is provided, which when closing the 0r-Kanes 18 acts simultaneously in a closing sense on the organ 19 and thereby an excessive opening the latter prevented.
In the training shown in Fig. 2, both organs 18 and 19 are under the action of a pressure regulator 22 respectively. 23, which in the line 2 an almost constant pressure he keep upright. The two pressure regulators 22 and 23 are set so that the former responds at a lower pressure acting in the opening sense than the latter, so that the steam first only flows through line 3 to engine 4 and only when excess steam is present , is also passed through the overflow line 6 into the exhaust system. The speed regulator 21 is connected to the linkage of the pressure regulator 22 by the one-armed lever 24 and the loop 25.
The speed controller, however, comes only in its lowest respectively. uppermost layer, that is, when the stone 26 hits one or the other end of the loop 25, for action. The steam supply to the engine 4 is influenced by the fact that exceeding and entering a certain speed range of the engine is avoided.
In this case, the steam generation is controlled by changing the furnace 15 and the feed water supply 13 as a function of the amount of overflow steam. For this purpose, the organs 16 and 17 are actuated by an organ 27 which is connected to a volume measuring device, for example a Venturi tube 28, which is switched into the overflow line 6. The control takes place in such a way that the steam generation is reduced with a large amount of overflow steam, while it is increased with a small amount of overflow steam.
Since the ratio between the mostly wet working steam and the overheated steam as a result of the throttling fluctuates greatly when the load on the engine 4 changes, the temperature of the exhaust steam is also subject to large changes. However, this can be avoided by passing the overflow steam through a jet apparatus 29 in which it mixes with condensate and thereby cools down. The condensate is removed from the feed water tank 10 through line 30. But it could also in the lines 5 or 9 water separators 34 respectively. 35 (dashed lines drawn net) be turned on, from which the separated condensate through lines 36 respectively. 37 is guided into the jet apparatus 29.
To compensate for strong fluctuations in steam consumption, the engine 4 can of course be preceded or followed by a steam accumulator. Furthermore, a pressure regulator can also be attached directly to the outlet of the steam generator so that the steam generator works under constant pressure.
