Ce dispositif est caractérisé par deux récipients .dont l'un re çoit le liquide à cuire et dont l'autre, plus pe tit, se place dans le premier, son bord au- dessus du niveau du liquide, un moyen étant prévu pour fixer, dans cette position et de, fa çon amovible, le deuxième récipient au pre mier.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 en est une coupe verticale axiale, tandis que la fig. 2 en montre un détail. Le dispositif représenté comprend deux récipients, à savoir: une première casserole 1 munie d'une queue 2 et une deuxième casse role 3, plus petite que la première, et munie d'une queue 4. A cette dernière est rivée une bride 5 se terminant par deux talons 6 et 7. Dans cette queue est, en outre, montée rotati- vement une clé 8 dont la partie inférieure se termine par un bec 9. La queue 2 présente un trou 10.
Pour utiliser le dispositif, on procédera, par exemple, de la façon suivante: on place la casserole 1 sur un fourneau et on y verse le liquide à cuire, par exemple du lait; après quoi, on place la casserole 3 dans la casserole 1, en ayant soin que le niveau du liquide soit au-dessous du bord 11 de la casserole 3, puis on fixe celle-ci .dans cette position. A cet ef fet, on fait pénétrer le bec 9 de la. clé 8 dans le trou 10, puis on fait tourner cette clé de façon que le bec s'engage sous les bords du trou; le talon 7 de la bride 5 appuie contre la queue 2, tandis que le talon 6 de la même bride appuie contre le bord de la casserole 1.
Lorsque le lait commence à monter, il s'élève entre les parois des deux casseroles, puis, au lieu de sortir de la casserole 1 et de se déverser sur le fourneau, il se répand dans la casserole 3. Ce phénomène peut se produire deux ou trois fois, après quoi le lait continue à cuire sans plus monter. Il doit y avoir un certain rapport entre les contenances des casseroles 1 et 3. Si la casse role â était trop petite, une partie du lait sortirait de la casserole 1; si elle était trop grande, la plus grande partie du lait quitte rait la casserole 1 pour se transvaser dans la casserole 3, et le peu de lait qui resterait dans la casserole 1 pourrait brûler.
Le récipient 3 pourrait évidemment se fixer autrement au récipient 1, par exemple par le moyen d'une pince engagée sur le bord de ce récipient.
