Description

Heating device on coal stoves, in which the fuel gas is automatically ignited in order to heat the fuel. Previously used heating devices for ovens have the disadvantage that the apparatus consisting of a burner with a gas hose connected to it must first be ignited, then pushed into the oven and removed again after heating is complete, which is unsuitable for housewives in particular.

The heating device according to the present invention, on the other hand, is permanently installed in the furnace and automated to such an extent that a simple manual operation causes a current circuit that ignites the gas flowing out of a burner for the purpose of being able to heat the fuel.

The subject of the invention is shown on the accompanying drawings, for example. 1 is a lever which is rigidly connected to the burner tube 2 closed at the ends ver, which burner tube BEZW with a gas outlet opening. Openings and air supply holes are designed in a known manner. 3 is a fixed sleeve through which the gas from the supply pipe 4 enters the movable pipe 2.

The entry opening required here in the pipe 2 consists of a hole and a slot such that once the hole and once the slot come to lie under the passage opening of the sleeve. .5 is a combustion nozzle, which could also consist of just one hole in the tube 2. Instead of a nozzle respectively. one hole could also have several.

To start the device, the lever 1, which is normally in position 0, is rotated in position I, in which the electrical contact 7 is closed and the slot in the tube 2 comes to lie under the opening of the sleeve 3, so that gas from the supply pipe through the sleeve into the combustion tube men and from the nozzle BEZW. Holes can kick out.

In position I, the circuit is closed from the power source 9 via the glow resistor 6 and the contact 7; also there is a nozzle BEZW in this position. a hole in the vicinity of the glow resistor 6 so that the gas flowing out can ignite at the glow resistor. In parallel to the latter, a thermostat 10 influenced by the small flame in position I and a blocking magnet 12 are switched on. This parallel circuit serves as a safety device against full opening if the gas is not yet ignited.

In this latter case, the contact 11 of the thermostat 10 remains open, the parallel circuit remains de-energized and the pawl 13 of the locking magnet 12 prevents further rotation of the lever 1 from the position I to the position II. As soon as ever.

but the gas has ignited, the thermostat expands by the heat of the flame, the contact 11 is closed, the locking magnet 12 attracts the pawl 16 and the lever 1 is released for further rotation in position II. In. this position II comes the hole in the burner tube 2 under the gas passage opening of the sleeve, so that the gas can flow out fully and a strong flame or. several strong flames bring the fuel to be heated in embers, since in this position II the flame BEZW at the same time. Flames have been brought into effective proximity to the fuel.
