Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines antimonhaltigen Thioderivates des Phenols. Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung eines antimonhaltigen Thioderi- va,tes des Phenols und ist dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man Phenol in Gegenwart von Natriumsulfantimoniat mit Schwefel erhitzt. <I>Beispiel.</I>
Eine Mischung bestehend aus 90 Teilen teoh,nis,che@r Ka-rbolsäure, 30 Teilen Schvve- fel, 22,5 Teilen Natriumsulfantimoniat und 20 Teilen Wasser wird 48 Stunden lang am Rückflusskühler auf 114' C erhitzt. Die er haltene dicke Paste wird mit Wasser ver dünnt und mit Wasserdampf behandelt, um die nicht umgesetzte Karbolsäure zu entfer nen. Darauf setzt man der erhaltenen mil chigen Lösung 13 Teile Natronlauge<B>35'</B> P6 zu, kocht bis alles gelöst ist und dampft zur Trockne ein.
Das erhaltene antimonhaltige Produkt ist schwach gelbgrau gefärbt und besitzt die Ei genschaft, basische Farbstoffe beim Färben oder Drucken waschecht zu fixieren. Die da mit behandelten Textilfasern bleiben rein weiss und besitzen gute Lichtbeständigkeit.
