Dose für plastische Stoffe. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Dose zur Aufnahme und zum Abgeben von plasti schen Stoffen; wie pharmazeutische Pasten, Salben, Farbe, Schuhcreme usw. 'Bei den bis jetzt bekannten Dosen, welche für obgenannte Zwecke zur Verwendung kamen, wurde beim Abheben des Deckels die ganze Oberfläche des Doseninhaltes freigelegt; -dabei fand sehr oft ein. Verunreinigen des Doseninhaltes statt, der Inhalt trocknete ein usw.
Zweck vorliegender Erfindung ist; diese Nachteile zii beheben. In dem die Paste etc. aufnehmenden Unterteil der Dose -ist -eine Platte verstellbar angeordnet, zum Beispiel eingeschraubt, die Austrittsöffnungen besitzt. Durch Verstellen resp. Drehen,. dieser Platte wird dann vom Doseninhalt entsprechend der Grösse der Verstellung resp. Drehung mehr oder weniger Material- äusgepresst. Das Ge winde,. in welchem. die Platte eingeschraubt ist, kann in der Dosenwandung selbst vorge sehen werden;
es kann aber auch ein Einsatz in den Dosenunterteil eingesetzt werden, des- sen Wandung dann die Gewindegänge für die Pressplatte aufweist, während die äussere Wandung der Dose die bis jetzt übliche Form beibehält und zum Schutze des Einsatzes ge gen mechanische Beschädigung dient. Die Platte-ermöglicht, dass jeweils nur diejenige Menge an Paste ete. austritt, die verbraucht wird, während der übrige Doseninhalt gegen Verunreinigung und Austrocknung gut ge schützt ist. Vorteilhaft wird die Platte so ausgebaut, dass der die Austrittsöffnungen enthaltende Teil erhöht wird und als (griff zum Drehen der Platte dienen kann.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt, und zwar zeigt: 1 Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch die ge schlossene Dose; Fig. 2 ist ein Grundriss der Dose bei ab gehobenem Deckel.
Die gezeichnete Dose weist einen Unter teil 1 aus Blech auf, der mit versteifenden Wulsten versehen und durch einen Blechdek- kel 2 abgeschlossen ist. Die äussere Ausstat tung der Teile 1 und 2 kann beliebig sein. Im Unterteill ist ein Einsatz 3 vorgesehen, der zum Beispiel durch Umbördeln des obern Randes des Unterteils 1 oder auch sonstwie festgelegt ist. Der Einsatz 3 besitzt einen Boden 4 und eine zylindrische Wand, in welcher die Gewindegänge 5 eingedrückt sind. In das Gewinde 5 ist eine Pressplatte 6 ein geschraubt. -Diese trägt in ihrer Mitte einen erhöhten Teil 7 mit einer Nute 8, in welcher ein Schlitz 9 vorgesehen ist.
Beim Drehen der Platte 6 wird Paste, die im Einsatz 3 unter der Platte 6 liegt, durch den Schlitz 9 nach aussen gedrückt. Die austretende Masse kann mit einem-der-Nute 8 entlang geführten Finger entnommen werden. Die Erhöhung 7 dient als Griff zum Drehen der Platte 6.
Die Ausbildung könnte auch in der Weise erfolgen; dass das Gewinde in der zylindri schen Wandung des Unterteils 1 selbst an geordnet ist. Die Platte 6 könnte aber auch mit einem äussern Rand versehen sein, der kein Gewinde besitzt, aber gut passend und abdichtend im Unterteil geführt ist. Es kann ferner auch der Boden des Einsatzes 3 weg gelassen werden. Ferner könnten statt des erhöhten Teils an der Platte 6 andere Mittel vorgesehen -werden, die als Griff beim Drehen der Platte 6 dienen können, zum Beispiel Vertiefungen, Bolzen usw. Die Ausbildung könnte auch in der Weise erfolgen, dass der Einsatz 3 mit der Plätte 6 als Ganzes aus wechselbar in eine Zierdose eingesetzt, zum Beispiel eingeschraubt, werden kann. Für die Dose kann Blech, Zelluloid, Glas oder ein anderes geeignetes Material Verwendung fin den.
Unterteil und Deckel können eine be liebige Prägung, Dekoration oder Aufdruck erhalten. Statt nur einer Öffnung 9 können mehrere kleine Öffnungen vorgesehen werden. Der Boden kann ausserdem auch leicht bieg sam oder federnd gemacht- werden, so däss auch durch Druck auf den Boderi Paste aus der Öffnung 9 ausgedrückt werden kann.- Die Platte 6 könnte auch mit einem zy lindrischen Stutzen mit Austrittsöffnung ver sehen werden.
Bei allen Ausführungen kann zum Absehluss der Austrittsöffnung 9 noch ein Schieber, eine Verschlusskappe oder ein abreissbarer Verschlussstreifen aus Papier etc. vorgesehen werden, damit während dem La gern etc. kein Austrocknen der Paste erfol gen kann. Die Platte 6 könnte auch mit einem Stutzen versehen sein, der durch einen Pfropfen abschliessbar ist, und dieser Pfropfen könnte dann wieder so ausgeführt sein, dass ein Nachfüllen der Dose durch die Öffnung ausgeschlossen ist.
