Fully automatic scales with special scale for the small weight units. The invention relates to a fully automatic tables with a special scale for the small weight units and consists in that:
the deflection indicator of the balance performs a uniform circular arc movement "this uniform circular arc movement indicates the major weight units on a circular arc scale divided into equal parts and also has a pointer attached to the scale for the small weight units in:
also roll with uniform motion on a tooth segment. The pointer for: the small weight units revolves over a plate, which with: a scale for the small, between - two graduation marks. .the scale for the large weight units is provided:
Thanks to the arrangement of the small pointer, it is possible to determine the smallest weight units without difficulty, fully automatically, and without additional weights or the like, even with large increments. Reading off the weight on the scales takes place effortlessly even if only a fraction of the large weight unit is missing.
The arrangement according to the invention is suitable for all types of car, such as table, floor, -, ITündäment, crane, etc.
The pointer running above the circular scale is expediently multi-pointed, and each of the pointer tips covers only a certain part: the scale, while the stroke indicator along the scale, the large weight units, moves from one section to the next.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of a fully automatic scale according to the invention, namely show: Fig. 1 and 2 vertical sections through a scale, Dept.
3 shows a horizontal section through this scale, and Fig. 4 shows a view of the same,

The described coordination of the levers to each other for the purpose of converting the uneven circular arc movement of the tilt lever 1 into a uniform movement of the impact indicator 17 can be carried out without difficulty, because the two levers of the balance, -aizrf, the bridge rests in four points, in the same Direction directly to the tilt lever. At,
This was not possible with the previously known honeycombs, because in these mostly -only one lever led to the tilt lever, while the other lever was placed on the first one by means of a hanger in the opposite direction, so that the levers were always opposite continued to strike a circular arc.
The bridge or the levers had to be suspended in order to prevent the bridge from sliding on the edges when the levers were raised and lowered.
This is not necessary with the described balance because the four cutting edges of the two levers, on which the bridge rests, are at equal distances from the pivot points. (Axes) of the levers are
the levers run in the same direction and thus strike the same arc. When lowering the lever there is an even transfer of weight: There are no distortions, as in cars with levers running in the opposite direction.
As already mentioned, the bridge load is transferred to the inclination lever 1 by means of levers 7 and 8, which lead directly to the inclination lever 1 in the same direction and have their pivot points in the blade-shaped axes 29 and 30, which rest on pedestal bearings 31 .
By cutting the 32 and 33: the levers 7 and 8 are connected to the tie rods 9 and 10. The bridge 6 rests on the two cutting edges 34 of the lever 7 and the two cutting edges. 35: of the lever 8, while the cutting edges 4 and 5 of the tilt lever 1 in:
The same ratio away from the axis 2, in which the lengths of the levers 7 and 8 are to each other, are .sieh the cutting edges 34 and 35 of the levers 7 and 8 at exactly: the same distances from the axes 29 and 30.
The cutting edges 34 and 35 'thus describe the same arc of a circle in the same direction when the levers 7 and 8 move up and down. .so that the bridge 6, the girders 36 and 3 of which have 7 pans, can rest directly on the cutting edges 34 and 35 without compensating hangers. Such compensating hangers are required in the known car with counter-rotating levers in order to prevent the pans from sliding on the cutting edges and messing up the scales.
As can be seen from the drawing: the cutting edges 34 and 35, on which the bridge rests, are not arranged symmetrically, that is, for the sake of simplicity, on the one hand: directly on the levers 7 and 8 and on the other hand on the shoes 3, 8 and 39 sit.
Of course, such shoes could be arranged with the same distance from the center on the other side and the levers 7 and 8 moved more to the center who what. with large cars, is most practical. For the smallest, fully automatic gnaws, levers 7 and 8 can also be designed with two arms.
The lever 1 can also run parallel to the direction of the levers 7 and 8. In this case, the cutting edges of the lever 7 are in a different plane such as the cutting edges of the lever 8 or the levers have a triangular shape. From this it follows that the inclination lever 1 can stand in any direction to the bridge levers, likewise the scales: and pointers.
The power transmission to the inclination lever 1 can also take place through other bridge levers, although: the lever arrangement described has the advantage that: an even weight transfer takes place and no distortions occur.
