L'objet de l'invention est une canne à
pèche repliable.
Elle est. caractérisée par le fait qu'elle
comporte un corps se composant d'un certain
nombre d'éléments métalliques tabulaires qui
s'emboStent bélescopiquement les uns dans
les autres et prennent appui les uns sur les autres par des rebords extérieurs et intérieurs dont ils sont munis.
Le dessin annexé représente une forme d'exécution de la canne à pêche, donnée à ti- tre d'exemple.

Le corps a de cette forme d'exécution se compose de sept éléments métalliques tubu- laires b, c, d, e, f, g, h s'emboîtant béleseopi-

ses extrémités un rebord intérieur arrondi i
et porte à l'aubre un corbin amovible 3 : l'é-
lément intérieur h, cylindrique, se termine a,
l'une de ses extrémités par un rebord exté
rieur arrondi j et y présente des fentes longi
tudinales destinées à lui donner de l'élasticité :
quant aux éléments intermédiaires e à g, ils
sont munis à l'un de leurs bouts d'un rebord
intérieur arrondi k, à l'autre d'un rebord ex
térieur arrondi ! ; dans ce second bout sont
en outre ménagées des fentes w devant lui donner de l'élasticité pour qu'il s'applique avec une eertaine pression eontre la surfae, intérieure de l'élément extérieur et freine ainsi le ooulissement des deux éléments l'un dans l'autre. Tous les éléments sont faits en un métal léger ne rouillant pas, par exemple en celui qu'on trouve dans le commerce sous le nom de, ; anti-corrodal".
Ils prennent appui les uns sur les autres par leurs rebords i, j, k, I et par des garnitures n dont les élé- ments intérieurs sont pourvus; ces garnitures sont constituées par des ligatures en matière textile fortement.serrées sur l'élément correspondant et imprégnées d'une matière les mettant à l'abri de la pourriture, du goudron, de la poix, par exemple.
L'allongement du corps a est limité par la rencontre des rebords i, k et garnit- res n.
Le fil. de ligne o est idivisé en deux tron- gons p, q. L'un d'eux, p, est assujetti à l'une de ses extrémités à une boucle r fixée à l'un des bouts de l'élément intérieur h et est muni à l'autre d'un crochet s permettant de le fixer momentanément au bout opposé de l'élément extérieur b ; il est logé à l'intérieur du corps a. L'autre tronçon, q, est muni d'un crochet t servant à le fixer au premier. Entre la boucle r et le tronçon p est intercalé un ressort r servant à amortir les secousses que le poisson pourra communiquer au fil de ligne o.
Un moulinet est prévu pour l'enroulement et le déroulement du fil de ligne o. Il comporte deux bras u solidaires d'une douille v destinée à être enfilée à frottement dur sur l'élément b du corps a ; ils portent un axe w sur lequel son cales v. n. tambour x, ecevant le fil o, et une manivelle, de commande y.
Un chapeau fendfu 2 peut être enfilé sur l'extrémité ouverte de l'élément !), lorsqu'on ne se sert pas de la canne.
Les garnitures peuvent être remplacées par des bourrelets 4 (fig. 6) produits par repoussage de la matière des éléments intérieurs, faisant saillie à l'intérieur de ceuxci et servant ainsi à limiter le déploiement de la canne par le fait qu'ils viennent en prise avec les rebords I ! extérieurs, fendus en m des éléments intérieurs adjacents.
