Description

  

      Profilmembran    für Lautsprecher.    Profilmembranen wurden bisher so herge  stellt, dass dünne Scheibchen aus Metall der  art gepresst wurden, dass an der einen Fläche  Erhöhungen und an der entgegengesetzten  Fläche die entsprechenden Vertiefungen ent  standen. Diese Membranen haben Nachteile.  Das Material muss sehr dünn gewählt werden,  weil durch das Profil Versteifungen entstehen,  so dass die Membran nicht mehr elastisch ge  nug ist, wenn nicht ganz dünnes Material  verwendet wird. Bei starker mechanischer In  anspruchnahme zerreisst jedoch die     Membran     mit solch dünnem Material.  



  Um diesen Übelständen zu steuern, besteht  die erfindungsgemässe Membran aus einer  ebenen Scheibe, auf deren einen oder beiden  Flächen ein Profilstück aufgesetzt und be  festigt ist.  



  Im folgenden ist anhand der Zeichnung  ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemä  ssen Membran beschrieben.  



  In     Fig.    1 ist eine flache Scheibe in An  sicht von oben und im Querschnitt, in     Fig.    2    einkreisrundes Profilstück ebenfalls in Ansicht  von oben und im Querschnitt und in     Fig.    3  die fertige Membran mit aufgesetztem Profil  stück dargestellt.  



  Die Membran wird aus einem flachen  Scheibchen, auf welches das Profilstück auf  gesetzt wird, hergestellt. Die     Verbindung    des  Scheibchens mit dem Profilstück erfolgt durch  eine der bekannten Befestigungsarten, wie  zum Beispiel     Kleben,        Schrauben,    Befestigungs  ösen usw. Das Material für das Profil wird  vorteilhaft     flexibel    oder elastisch sein, damit  es die Schwingungen des Scheibchens mit  macht und nicht abreisst. An der Membran  kann eine Schwingspule irgendwie befestigt  sein.

Up to now, profile membranes have been manufactured in such a way that thin metal discs were pressed in such a way that elevations were created on one surface and the corresponding depressions on the opposite surface. These membranes have disadvantages. The material must be selected to be very thin, because the profile creates stiffening, so that the membrane is no longer elastic enough if not very thin material is used. However, under severe mechanical stress, the membrane with such a thin material tears.



  In order to control these inconveniences, the membrane according to the invention consists of a flat disc, on one or both surfaces of which a profile piece is placed and fastened.



  An exemplary embodiment of the membrane according to the invention is described below with reference to the drawing.



  In Fig. 1 a flat disc is in view from above and in cross section, in Fig. 2 a circular profile piece also in view from above and in cross section and in Fig. 3, the finished membrane with the profile piece is shown.



  The membrane is made from a flat disc on which the profile piece is placed. The connection of the disc with the profile piece is done by one of the known types of fastening, such as gluing, screws, fastening eyelets, etc. The material for the profile is advantageously flexible or elastic so that it makes the vibrations of the disc with and does not tear off. A voice coil can be somehow attached to the diaphragm.
