Haushaltungsmaschine.
Der Deckel<I>h</I> ist dem Behälter<I>g</I> mittelst eines Scha, rnieres i angelenkt.
Household machine. Household machines are already known which are only used for washing and drying dishes, in which, to wash the dishes, water is sprayed against the dishes by means of wings from below or by means of nozzles from above.
Furthermore, machines are known: which are used only for washing laundry, which are provided with perforated, rotatable bleehing drums or also with stirrers. are the means by which the laundry in a container is set in motion and so on. friction between the individual items of laundry is generated.
In addition, machines are known in which the wet laundry is used in rapidly rotating cylinders with tall sheet metal jackets, in which the washing water is removed from the laundry by spinning. Finally, there are machines and equipment available for the production of sterile canned vegetables, fruits and meat.
Since the acquisition costs of the individual machines are relatively very high, the various machines can only be introduced into the same house with great difficulty and it has already been proposed to combine some of these machines with one another to form one machine. For example, a combination household machine has become known which enables dishes to be washed and dried alternately and canned food to be produced. However, a major advance in the technology of household machines has not yet been achieved.
The greatest difficulty in the combination of the machines mentioned at the beginning is to be found in the fact that the rotational speeds of the washing machines equipped with drums and stirrers have always been small, while that of the centrifugal drums is relatively high high, and that these drums, stirrers and cylinders are mostly fixed. are arranged on their axis.
The present invention relates to a household machine, in which the washing of laundry. the outlook of the water from the same, the washing and drying of dishes and the sterilization of canned food with a single machine is possible, a significant economic advantage is achieved by the acquisition costs of such a machine are not significantly above the price of a machine with only one of these operations can be performed.
For this purpose, a house cooling machine that is equipped with one on one. Frame resting, heatable container can be closed by a lid is provided, into which a rotatable shaft protrudes from below, with replaceable additional parts to be introduced into the container, as well as with means for fastening .the same in their working position equipped, .the Everything in such a way that the machine can be used as a laundry washing, drying,
Dishwasher and drying machine and cis sterilizer can be used.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in two embodiments, each in longitudinal sections, and it shows: FIG. 1 a mobile and FIG. 2 a stationary embodiment of the same as:
Dishwashing and Trotknungsmasthine formed from, Fig. 3 the mobile embodiment as a facial rinsing and drying machine on a larger scale, Fig. 4 the application of the latter embodiment as a centrifuge washing, washing and drying machine,
5 shows a further application of the same as a laundry washing and drying machine, and FIG. 6 shows the mobile embodiment as a can sterilizer.
In both illustrated embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, a container <I> g </I> is arranged over a frame. The latter rests in the mobile embodiment (Fig. 1 and 3 to 6) on .mit rollers versehe NEN columns. In the case of the stationary embodiment according to FIG. 2, the frame is carried by the container g suspended at its upper end in a frame.
In the frame n, a heater is attached under the bottom of the container g, which is designed as a gas heater c (Fig. 1) or as an electric heater d (Fig. 2 to 6). In the case of gas heating, a gas hose is expediently used to supply the heating gas, which can be plugged onto the closed tap e of the heater c with its free end.
In the electrical heating rule d, which is advantageously ausgebil det as an annular contact heater, a switch is f for that. Turning the power on and off is provided.
The frame is surrounded by a jacket ac in order to increase the efficiency of the heating by preventing radiation losses. In the case of electrical heating, the sheathing serves at the same time to protect the operating personnel from accidents caused by the electric current, and the supply line between the switch f and its entry into the sheathing is also protected by a cladding.
At the bottom of the container g, a motor L driven pump K (Fig. 3) with blades I is arranged. A pipe M with a water level indicator t which can be closed by a tap N is connected to this pump. is extended by the two mutually perpendicular, extendable lines s and a, where the pull-out pieces of these two lines s and o in the. fixed line parts are rotatable.
The water level indicator t not only enables the liquid; The contents of the container g can be recognized without opening the lid h, but also the water circulation during filling, emptying and during the work process.
The extendable line part of the line 0 carries at its pivot end a mouthpiece P, which fits with its opening on a tube Q set in the lid. In position ZV (Fig. 3, 4, 5) of the tap: V, the washing water, optionally provided with a detergent, can be pressed from the bottom of the container by means of the pump K to the container cover h, where it is pushed through the pipe Q and enters the container g from above via an outlet element located on the cover and located under the pipe Q so that it can be removed. The.
The tube Q is arranged in: the longitudinal axis of the container g and adjustable in the vertical direction so that it forms an adjustable nozzle-shaped outlet opening with the outlet organ, which means that: the jet intensity of the emerging washing liquid S from a haze-like to a drop-like one Sprinkling can be set.
Instead of the vertically adjustable nozzle-like outlet opening B, any other regulating element can be used, for example a spreading plate or a pipe ring or a Segner water wheel. To avoid steam explosions, a direct connection between the inside of the container and the atmosphere is established between the pipe Q and the ring X (Fig. 3) of the lid h, so that if the tank is not switched off:
the heating cause an increase in the internal overpressure, preventing explosions.
The lid <I> h </I> is hinged to the container <I> g </I> by means of a hinge i. This has on the one hand an elastic insert 1c (FIG. 3), on the other hand a stop <I> 1 </I> located on the container g so that the lid <I> h </I> in: the open position is horizontal next to the container g, with the insert <I> k </I> lying against the stop <I> 1 </I> from below4.
The arrangement of the insert 1c inside the cover <I> h </I> achieves the largest possible contact surface of the same against the stop c, which significantly reduces its wear and also protects it from further damage. Despite negligent operation: that is, if the cover h is dropped, no damage can occur because the elastic insert 7c at the end of the pivoting movement of the cover <I> h </I> is .the stop <I> 1 < / I> and absorbs the blow that would occur if the lid <I> h </I> were dropped against: the stop <I> 1 </I>.
By: the seating of the container lid h on: the stop <I> l </I> in the open position, such a secure support of the lid is guaranteed at the same time that: it may be loaded with objects of any kind that are not too heavy .
When the housekeeping machine according to FIG. 3 is used as a dishwashing and drying machine, the line 0 is swiveled out so that its inlet piece P comes under the outlet of a water line tap and the mouthpiece P is turned with its opening upwards .
Then, after setting the tap N to the filling position V, water is let into the inside of the container g until the water level t 'shown on the water level indicator t is reached. At the beginning of Wassereinstrii- men.s in the container g, the heater c respectively. d put into operation and the water can be provided with a detergent, for example soda, if necessary.
The propeller z can then be attached to the motor shaft H, which is inserted with its free end centrally from below through the bottom into the container g, and: the crockery baskets 7n, 7n1 provided with dishes are inserted into the container, the crockery basket placed in the middle of the feet on the bottom of the container and the basket ml is hung on a bulge edge of the container g;
Then: the cover h is brought into the closed position and after turning off the inlet water tap: the mouth P is placed on the pipe Q again.
The dishes in the crockery baskets m2 are cleaned by spraying them with. the rinsing liquid in the container g by means of the propeller z, for which purpose the shaft H is set in rotation by means of the motor L. Furthermore, the dishes are also sprayed with flushing liquid from above through the outlet opening R,
For this purpose, the flushing liquid is pressed by means of the pump K with the valve N in the through position W through the line M and the water level indicator t, the pipes s and 0, the mouthpiece P and the pipe Q and through the outlet opening R into the container g becomes.
The dishes can be dried in such a way that the cleaned dishes are sprayed with very hot water, expediently after the contaminated rinsing water has been replaced by new water. Then, if necessary, after removing the water and possibly turning off the heating, and after turning off the motor L, the dishes are left in the container until any water still adhering to the dishes is completely under the effect of the heat transferred to the dishes during washing has evaporated.
When using the household machine for washing the laundry according to FIG. 4, with otherwise the same construction, the machine and omitting the crockery baskets na. And in "the propeller z is replaced by a laundry container with one on .einem Floor B arranged La, chbleeh- jacket A has.
For washing, water is then introduced into the container through the pipes 0 and s, the water level indicator t and the pipeline M with the tap <B> 14 '</B> set to the passage <B> 14' </B> 'until it almost reaches the water level U, which water can then be mixed with detergents, such as soaps, flakes, etc. The laundry can then be put into the container <I> A, B </I> and after closing the lid lz and putting on the mouthpiece <I> P </I> the heating and the motor <I> L </ I> be put into operation.
As a result, when the tap <I> N </I> is set to the passage, the washing liquid is pressed by means of the pump .K from the bottom of the container g to the lid la, where it is continuously poured in jets S onto the laundry.
As a result of the simultaneous rotation of the container <I> A, B </I> and the resistance that is opposed to it by the laundry itself by covering the holes in the perforated metal jacket, the washing liquid will collect in the container A, B and according to .the line T set parabolic len, while the washing liquid that has penetrated through the laundry as a result of the rotation of the container A, B passes through the holes in the Loohblechmantels A, flows down on container g and collects at the bottom, from where she starts her cycle again.
The rotation of the container A, B also moves the laundry in such a way that it is initially pressed outwards on the base piece B and upwards along the perforated casing A. In contrast to other washing machines, the washing out of the laundry is mainly carried out in that the washing liquid is continuously driven through the laundry and the dirt is thus loosened and washed away.
This type of washing enables the type of large number of revolutions of the container A, B, which is not applicable to other washing machines, so that the machine can be used with the same rotational speed as such for drying the laundry.
This also gives the washing liquid a greater centrifugal force, so that it penetrates the laundry with greater effect than before and so the cleaning process takes place more effectively and quickly.
The drying of the laundry can take place after the washing by swinging out in such a way that the mouthpiece P is lifted from the pipe Q and the line 0 is put around so that the washing liquid conveyed by the pump K is speed The detergent is then thrown out of the laundry by the rotary movement of the container A, B and pumped out of the machine by means of the pump K.
When using the machine of Fig. 5 sits above the bottom B of the container A, B loosely rotatable on the shaft H a toothed wheel G. On its upwardly directed hub, a multi-armed flushing cross with an axis C and sleeves D is provided can be provided rotatable about their own axes.
The gear G engages in a gear F, which by means of a shaft rotatably mounted in the B is in motion connection with a gear b, which engages below .des bottom B in .ein ring gear a, which is attached to the bottom of the loading container cg .is, so that the rinsing cross <I> C, D, </I> E is rotated indirectly by the shaft H about its axis C, depending on the design of the gearwheels their rotation speed opposite the shaft H and its direction of rotation can be chosen at will.
Otherwise, the construction of the machine is the same as that of FIG.
The rinsing cross C, D, E is used to set the laundry in the container <I> A, B </I> in motion in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the: container A, B and thus the friction of the laundry items among themselves to: he high. Otherwise the laundry is washed and dried as described above according to FIG. 4.
To use the household machine as a canning sterilizer, with the construction remaining the same, instead of the flushing cross C, D, E and the.
Be container A, B, a frame I set up to receive items to be sterilized is inserted into the machine, this being rests by means of feet on the bottom of the container g, and after the lid is closed and after removal of the under the tube Q is removably arranged Lid part of a thermostat Y inserted into the container g from above.
The. Sterilization then takes place by heating the water introduced into the container g through the pipes 0, s, the water level indicator t and the pipeline M, the temperatures prevailing there being able to be indicated by the thermostat. The frame I can be fastened in the container by means not shown in the drawing and it is set up in such a way that the propeller Z can remain arranged on the shaft H.
The speed of rotation of the shafts H to accommodate various additional parts can be selected as desired. will. It can, for example, correspond to a medium speed with respect to the additional parts to be placed on it, whose most favorable speed is different from one another. However, organs not shown in the drawing can also be provided, by means of which the speed of rotation of the shaft H can be adapted to the attached parts.
In order to prevent the above-described mobile version of the subject of the invention from tipping over, the. In contrast to known designs. in which for this purpose conversions in the form of support frames are provided, .the focus distance x (Fig. 1) redu ed to a minimum.
This is achieved in that for the container g and the lid h, as well as for the additional parts to be arranged in the container, such as. For example, the inner laundry bin A, B is a specifically light material, for example aluminum, electron, etc. is used:
It goes without saying that even with the stationary embodiment of the household machine, in the same way as with the mobile embodiment, by alternately attaching the replaceable accessories, the same as a laundry washing machine, a laundry drying machine, a dish washer and drying machine and Can also be used as a goose vein sterilizer: ready to use.
