Equipment on dry gas knives with oil storage chamber and civilian container for refilling the chamber with oil. In known gas knives, oil storage chambers are attached, from which either the leather diaphragm or the sliding surfaces of the valve slide and the like be supplied with 01 .
In order not to overfill the chamber inside the housing, use a so-called filling tube, i.e. an intermediate container -an-something, the capacity of which is smaller than that of the actual storage chamber.
With regard to the refilling of this chamber by means of a filling tube, it was shown that the oil level cannot be opened due to the sealing opening of the filling tube.
In most cases it will overflow when topping up, which will result in a loss of oil, also due to the cleaning of the dirty housing. There is also the risk of the clas escaping through the sieve of the frill tube as soon as the oil supply is used up and the refill takes place.
The invention relates to a device on dry gas meters with inside the housing, and an intermediate container for refilling the chamber with 01, which is intended to remedy the abuses mentioned.
According to the invention, a valve controlling the flow of oil from the intermediate container interacts with a closure part for closing the filling opening of the intermediate container in such a way that the opening of the oil flow is open when the filling opening is closed is closed when the filling opening is open.
Furthermore, means are provided which, when the filling opening is closed by the closure part, the gas or oil level prevailing in the intermediate container. Compensate the air pressure against the pressure prevailing in the% s knife, since the 01 stbruno - "can freely run out of the intermediate container.
On the drawing, in FIGS. 1 to 3, three exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention are illustrated, namely in each case; The part of the gas meter under consideration with the device in the unit. illustrated ,. The oil drain valve 1 is located in the base of the intermediate container attached to the cover of the housing of the cvas knife, the filling tube of which is o-staiio, e 2 at a and 4.
A removable closure part, which is designed as a screw-off stopper 5 , serves to fill the intermediate container. When the plug is unscrewed, the pin 6 sitting on it leaves the guide rod 2, the spring 7 presses the valve 1 onto its seat and thus prevents anyone Gas leak.
according to Fig. 1 of ? Z , an arm of a double lever 8 is attached to the guide rod 2, the a- When the valve 1 is closed, uderer Ariu simultaneously closes a second valve 9 in order to also allow the gas to escape. to prevent.
A float 10 , which sinks to the bottom of the container when the oil is emptied, rises when the intermediate container is filled with oil and reports 11 </ B by touching a stop > the maximum permissible oil level, which precludes overflow #. The stop 11 is designed as a Bl-e-elizylinde.r attached to the top of the container lid, which is closed at the top by a glass pane, by which. the swimmer's movement is visible from the outside.
When the filling opening is closed by means of the stopper 5 , the 2 pin 6 presses the valve 1 </ B through the intermediary of the guide rod 2 t ' > Again from his seat, opens at the same time, the valve 9 through which gas flows into the room above the 01, playful space.
This exhaustion is necessary. otherwise-. In the envelope 12 only Atw-ospbärendriiek would be seen and the excess pressure of the gas within the gas core would prevent the oil from flowing out of the valve 1 , even if the valve is open.
The 01 now flows out at 1 without further ado into the (not shown rivets) storage container located below. The prerequisite for the described mode of operation is that the valve 9 is located above the oil level. To prevent the container from being filled too high with 01 .
is -a soldered Vers # ell-, raLibuilgsstüel-, 18 provided with a downwardly directed tube socket 1.9 . In this way, the 01 can never stand higher outside the pipe, al #, to the bottom of the pipe. This does not make the display supply line 10, 11 superfluous, because its task is to ensure that the filling person has already reached the level, which should not be exceeded,
to draw attention and to make provision.
In order to prevent any unauthorized intervention, the arrangement of the fiffl opening is right next to the entrance damage area of the gas station. and a single t> el plombensohnur 1,3 is pulled through the edges of the sealing plug and the inlet screw.
t ' n In the embodiment according to FIG. The interaction between oil drain valve 1 and sealing plug 5 is the same as in the first embodiment, only it is the action of the lever 8 and of the valve 9 of the first embodiment, replaced by a tube 14.
Both the tube 14 and the guide rod 2 s-iiid mounted on the one hand in the Leieta 15 , on the other hand at the foot of the valve 1 the guide catch, as necessary, movable, the pipe tight. The pipe 14 closes at the lower end with the valve seat, while the other end projects beyond the maximum permissible level.
After releasing the sealing plug 5 for the purpose of filling the spring 7 closes the valve 1 by means of the guide rod 2 and also the lower opening of the pipe 14. Any gas leakage is prevented by this. The swimmer 10 works as described above.
When the filling opening is closed by unscrewing the plug 5 , the valve 1- not only provides the outflow opening for da, s j01, but also the lower part - The pipe 14 is free. In the tube 14 gas rises to the cavity 12 and causes the required pressure equalization, the same so that the 01 can flow off.
If the valve 1 were to be opened only slowly in the last-described embodiment, then under certain circumstances the malfunction could result in that something of the 01 in the tube 14 could get and would be pushed by the gas that would force it into the air. This miss, would be supported by the fact that the container and tube in this.
Traps act like communicating, creating vessels. Would. there#; 01 in this way accidentally form a closed column in # tube 14, that is, #, duroli gas blowing not interrupted, hene column, then further gas entry into space 12 would be prevented, and the final conclusion would stall.
The further embodiment described below. the facility prevents such accidents from occurring.
In this embodiment (FIG. 3) the valve 1, the guide rod 2 and the sealing plug 5 are arranged at an angle to the vessel. When the stopper 5 is closed, it presses, as previously described, on the guide rod 2, which opens the valve 1 . As a result of the greater pressure, the 01 flows out mainly at the lowest point 16 of the, valve, -, while the:
Gas flows in at the highest point 17 and thus rises in bubbles through the oil layer through into the space 12 above the oil level.
The setup shown and described is so clear and simple that errors and dangers are excluded under all circumstances.
