Ausführungsbeispiele sind in der Zeich- nung veranschaulicht. Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen in Draufsicht bezw. im Que.rsthnitt nach der Linie 2-2 der Fig. 1 einen taschenförmigen Eckenhalter, bei dem die untere grössere Taschenwand auf ihrer gesamten Fläche mit beiderseitigen Faserstoffbelägen versehen ist;

Fig. 7 zeigt in Draufsicht eine andere Ausführungsform eines zum Falten des taschenförmigen Eckenhalters geeigneten, mit Faserstoffbelä.gen vers-ehlenen Z,ellulosehaut- streifens Fig. 8 zeigt in Draufsicht den aus dem Streifen nach Fig. 7- gefalteten Eekenhalter;
Corner holder for pictures or the like. The invention relates to a corner holder for pictures or the like in the form of a partially transparent bag intended to be glued to a base and consists in the fact that the upper transparent bag wall is made exclusively from fiber-free cellulose skin and as a carrier for the on the bottom. The adhesive layer on the pocket side is a fibrous material.
For the production of this corner holder, it is expedient to proceed in such a way that a strip of the fiber-free cellulose skin is provided with coverings made of fibrous material at the ends and then the covered ends of the cellulose @ eh, autstrips at two right angles to each other, between the Center of one longitudinal edge and the ends of the other longitudinal edge of the unoccupied part are folded over.
Exemplary embodiments are illustrated in the drawing. Fig. 1 and 2 show respectively in plan view. In cross-section according to the line 2-2 in FIG. 1, a pocket-shaped corner holder, in which the lower, larger pocket wall is provided with fiber coverings on both sides over its entire surface;
Fig. 3 and 4 show respectively in plan view. in cross section a cellulose skin strip provided with fiber coverings on one side, from which the pocket-shaped corner holder is folded; FIG. 5 shows a similar cellulose skin strip with fibrous fabric coverings on both sides; FIG. 6 shows a plan view of a pocket-shaped corner holder made from the strip according to FIGS. 3 and 4 or according to FIG. 5;
FIG. 7 shows a plan view of another embodiment of a Z, ellulose skin strip which is suitable for folding the pocket-shaped corner holder and is covered with fiber coverings; FIG. 8 shows a plan view of the corner holder folded from the strip according to FIG. 7;
9 and 10 each show, in plan view, a part of an endless web glued together from fibrous materials and cellulose skin, from which the webs shown in FIGS. 7 strips shown can be produced in different sizes. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a pocket-like structure is made from a suitably cut cellulose skin by folding.
The upper pocket wall b has the shape of a right-angled and equilateral triangle, while the lower wall e protrudes in the form of a flap over the edge bi of the upper pocket wall: d. The lower wall c is pasted over on both sides with coverings d and e made of fiber material. The lower covering e serves as a carrier for the adhesive layer f.
The part c of the cellulose skin which forms the lower wall of the pocket is provided with openings cl, in the area of which the fiber coverings d and e are directly glued to one another.
The rectangular cellulose skin tire g shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 is in and out at the ends. Rectangular fiber coverings on both sides h ', h = resp. hl, h2, i ', i', which are arranged in such a way that
that the unoccupied area of the. strip. g has the shape of a rectangle, the length of which is twice as great as. the height. To produce the pocket-shaped corner holder shown in FIG. 6, the ends provided with fiber coverings are; of the strip y that run at right angles to each other.
Lines 1c1, 7c2 towards the same side, that is, folded over against each other. These fold lines 1c 'and 1c' extend between the center of the one Ungsrandes and the end of the .des other longitudinal edge of the unoccupied rectangular part of the strip g. The long edges of the folded ends of the strips butt directly against one another,
so that the pocket shown in FIG. 6 results, in which the part of the base wall provided with fiber coverings protrudes beyond the edge of the upper pocket wall.
The folding strip shown in FIG. 7 consists of a rectangularly cut cellulose skin 1 and two fibrous material coverings -n 'and an2, which are stuck on both sides of this infiltration skin and have the shape of right-angled triangles and are arranged in such a way that the unoccupied Part of the cellulose skin 1 also has the shape of a right-angled and isosceles triangle.
To form the pocket-shaped corner holder shown in FIG. 8, the parts of the cellulose skin provided with fiber coverings are folded over so that the unoccupied part of the cellulose skin forms the upper wall of the pocket-shaped corner holder.
For the mass production of folding strips according to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the endless web shown in FIG. 9 can be used, which consists of a cellulose skin n and several strips o ′, o2 arranged at different distances from one another , o ', o4 made of fibrous material is glued together.
This path is expediently divided into individual sections according to the lines p ', p2, p \, depending on the desired. The size of the pocket-shaped corner holder to be produced can be given different dimensions.
The endless web shown in FIG. 10 consists of a cellulose skin q and two on both sides of this cellulose skin on glued fibrous webs r of approximately the same width. The latter are provided with two rows of square cutouts. The cutouts s can also be of different sizes.
This composite web is used for the mass production of folding strips according to the embodiment shown in Fig. 7 Darge, namely the production takes place in such a way that the endless web according to the lines t ', t2, t3 and ul, u2, u3 ... is divided.
In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 to 8, as in the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the cellulose skins can of course be provided with perforations.
A comparison with known Ausfüh ments of transparent bag holders he give in favor of the subject invention the following significant advantages. Known see-through corner holders are made entirely of celluloid and have the disadvantage that they cannot be reliably attached by gluing, since the adhesive does not adhere sufficiently to the smooth surface of the celluloid and, in addition, because of its rigidity, the bag is subject to changes in shape of the base , for example, an album sheet, cannot follow.
For gluing such corner holders, only those adhesives can be used which eia; Dissolve celluloid on the surface. The cellulose skin used according to the invention has an extraordinary tensile strength with very low strength and great flexibility.
This material is therefore much easier to process than the celluloid previously used. The price of cellulose skins is significantly lower than that of celluloid. The arrangement of the adhesive layer on a fibrous material enables absolutely reliable fastening of the corner holder. In the use of cellulose skin according to the invention, the fibrous coverings are also important insofar as these coverings prevent the cellulose skin from warping under the influence of the adhesive force.
so that the corner of the picture, pushed into the pocket, has a smooth surface on the lower wall of the pocket and the latter on the surface.
