Fig. 1 zeigt den Grun.driss der ersten Ausführungsform, Fig. 2 die zugehörige Seitenansicht; die Fig. 3 bis 7 stellen verschiedene Stufen in der Tätigkeit der durch Fig. 1 und 2 veranschaulichten Einrichtung dar; die Fig. 8 und 9 zeigen ein zweites Ausfüh rungsbeispiel in zwei verschiedenen Arbeits stellungen;
Fig. 10 betrifft eine Einzelheit des zu letztgenannten Ausführungsbeispiels; die Fig. 11 bis 14 veranschaulichen eine dritte Ausführungsform; die Fig. 15 bis 17 stellen eine weitere Aus führungsform dar;
Automatic stop device on a gramophone. The present invention relates to an automatic parking device on a gramophone.
Several embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated in the drawing, for example.
Fig. 1 shows the Grun.driss of the first embodiment, Fig. 2 the associated side view; Figures 3 to 7 illustrate various stages in the operation of the device illustrated by Figures 1 and 2; 8 and 9 show a second Ausfüh approximately example in two different working positions;
Fig. 10 relates to a detail of the last-mentioned embodiment; Figs. 11-14 illustrate a third embodiment; 15 to 17 illustrate a further imple mentation;
Fig. 18 shows yet another example of the subject invention; 19 and 20 show details, and FIGS. 21 to 23 show a further embodiment of the subject matter of the invention; Fig. 24 illustrates a further imple mentation.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, on the underside of the tonearm T. of the gramophone, a downwardly directed driver L is attached, which engages a lever A, which is attached to a base plate or the motor board of the instrument tes attached pin P is rotatable. The lever A is in frictional connection with a lever B. A friction disk F is arranged between these levers.
The pressure with which the parts are on top of each other can be adjusted by a spring H and screw H 'so that the lever A, if. it is moved, the lever B is also moved, provided that: the movement of the latter is not counteracted by any resistance.
The downwardly bent end B 'of the lever B is intended to work together with a lifting member C, which sits on the turntable shaft ZV and has a projection C' which with each revolution of the turntable, with the end B 'of the lever B meets and pushes it to the side.
When playing a record, the turntable is rotated clockwise, the sound box S resting on the record and the tonearm T (Fig. 1) are guided inward through the channel R 'in the usual manner. The driver <I> L </I> located on the tone arm <I> T </I> pushes the finger A 'with the lever A inwards by a certain distance with each revolution of the disc R.
The lever A in turn rotates by virtue of its connection with the lever B this about the pivot P until the lever end B 'reaches the position indicated by FIG. Each turn of the turntable then brings the projection Cl of the lifting member C into contact with the lever end B '(Fig. 5) and moves the lever B outwards by as much as this lever is guided inwards by the tonearm with each turn of the turntable .
Such a movement can take place without causing any backward movement of the tonearm T, thanks to the connection between the levers <I> A </I> and <I> B, </I> which has a slight relative slippage: allowed.
This process is repeated until the sound box S reaches the end gutter R3 of the entry. If the sound box needle S 'then runs into the outlet channel R4 (Fig. 1), the tonearm and thus the lever B will be moved inwards by a greater distance than before the next time the turntable rotates, the end of the lever B' in the path of the Cam Cl arrives (Fig. 6 and 7).
In the example shown, the lifting member C is slotted and it sits with friction on the turntable spindle W so that it stops the turntable and the motor when it interacts with the lever B. To start the engine again, you only have to move the sound box S and the tonearm T outwards.
Then the driver L grasps the finger A '(Fig. 3), and the projection A' pushes the lever B out of engagement with your. Lifting elements C and. allows the engine to run.
It can be seen that the outward movement of the sound box S is limited by the pin K. The exact location is determined by setting the screw G in the projection A3 (FIGS. 3 and 4).
The screw G is advantageously set in such a way and -the two fingers A 'and <B> X </B>' (FIG. 3) are expediently arranged so far apart that the bit receiver <I> L </I> on Attacking tonearms <I> T </I> on finger A '. when the reproduction needle S is only a few centimeters away from the final groove R 'of the entry.
FIGS. 8 and 9 show a storage device for a speaking machine with an electric drive motor E and an electric socket Saar. The driver L 'moving with the can support arm <I> T' </I> has a driver extension N which interacts with the lever A and actuates the lever B through it,
as described above.
To reproduce a plate, the receiving needle S 'is inserted into the outermost groove R' (FIG. 8). When the disc is played back, the extension N comes into contact with the finger A 'and moves the levers <I> A </I> and <I> B </I> in a manner similar to that described with reference to the first example. If, then, the needle reached into the discharge channel R ', the lever end B' also reached into a. with the projection C '(Fig. 9).
The rotating lifting member now pushes the lever B back in its longitudinal direction and thereby rotates the release lever D about its pivot point D 'in the direction of the arrow drawn in FIG. 9. The left end of the lever D releases the switching spring E ', which now falls off its contacts and thereby: interrupts the motor current. The lever D could also operate a mechanical brake interacting with the turntable instead of an electrical switch EZ.
If the automatic stopping device is to be put out of action, then the pin N is brought from the position shown in full lines in FIG. 10 to the position shown with dots, so that it is not with the fingers A 'and A2 on the lever A. more cooperates.
In Fig. 11 to 14 an Ausfühxtings: - shown form, which acts when you lift the box from the record be.
When the arm T 'swings outwards, the end of the lever B' hits the shoulder <B> 0 '</B> of the shift lever 0, pushes it back and interrupts the circuit at 0 =. des Elek tromagneten M. While playing a record, the movements of lever i3 are not so great that it releases the gear lever. Only when the needle gets into the, outflow channel, the lever B is pivoted far enough that it .releases the lever 0, whereby the contact 0 'is closed. At the same time, the machine is stopped by hitting the button 's C' at the lever end B '.
Electric current then flows through the wires 1V11 'and activates the magnet M, so that it pulls out the socket S3. their normal playing position (fix. 11 and 12) into the higher position indicated by FIGS. 13 and 14. It is only when the needle S 'leaves the insertion groove that the spring Y is able to move the arm from the position indicated in FIG. 13 outwards into the position from Fix. 11 he should draw a visible position near the beginning of the entry.
Towards the end of this outward movement, the stop N 'acts on the finger <I> A' </I> of the lever: <I> A </I> and thereby moves the. Lever B with its end Bi out of engagement with the lifting element C 'in order to open the switch 0'. This cuts off the power supply to the magnet 1V11, which allows the box S3 to fall until an eccentric X brushes the surface of the entry.
The eccentric X then rotates under the weight of the can S3 from the position according to FIG. 14 into that according to Fix. 12,. and lets the needle slowly come into contact with the grooves.
The entry is then played back again and the sequence of operations is repeated: as often as desired.
The approach N2 can be adjusted manually by turning. By adjusting the approach, the maximum outward stroke of the arm T 'is also adjusted.
15 to 17 illustrate an embodiment of the invention in which an additional rocking lever U is provided between the lever B and the lifting disk C in order to maintain constant contact between the lever B and the rotating lifting disk C.
While playing an entry, the moving tonearm T acts in a similar way to the examples already described on the lever B and brings the end B2 into the position near Fig. 15 once during each revolution of the disk of the lifting disc C, however, the raised part C =. the lever U pushes back into the position according to Fix. <B> 16 </B>.
The edge U 'meets the end B' and brings'. the lever back to its normal position, from where it is moved forwards again with the next rotation of the plate: the spring U 'keeps the rocking lever U in contact with the lifting disc C all the time.
If the sound box then reaches the gutter, the lever B is moved to the position according to FIG. 17, in which the end of U 'abuts against the lever end B = and prevents further rotation of the cam. The latter is in frictional contact with the turntable axis W through the spring clip C3 and stops there through the turntable.
The locking of the hub disk is lifted when the type T is moved so far outward that the driver L 'engages with the finger A' and the levers B3, B disengage from the vibrator U. .
In the embodiment according to FIG. 18, the lever B is rotatably supported on the bottom of the instrument about a pin P. The hub disc C acts while playing, ver means of the oscillator U with each rotation of the turntable on the lever B and pushes it back a little. The lifting disc C is in frictional engagement with the shaft W by a resilient washer C '.
The parking device can also be operated manually by moving the lever <I> J </I> over the pointer plate <I> J '</I> into the upper end position, or by moving lever A directly by hand .
The FinG. 19 and 20 show a simple form of the lifting member C, consisting of, a ge @, Lindenen spring wire C ', the rotary disk sleeve IV' detects with friction.
In the embodiment. According to Fig. 21 to 2.3, the driver <I> L </I> located on the tonearm T engages in a slot <I> A '</I> of the lever A. This rotates around a pin P, which is expediently on the motor board: of the instrument is attached. The lever A rotatably carries a pawl B 'which is held in a certain position relative to it by a spring V, provided that its movement is not opposed to any resistance.
The pawl B3 works in conjunction with .ein rocker arm Q, which swings around a pin and with each rotation of the rotary disk once with the lifting cam Cl in engagement.
When playing an entry, the lever A moves a certain distance with each rotation of the turntable and thereby moves the pawl B 'by a proportional distance. The end of the pawl B3 is formed with a knife edge B 'with which the lever Q is normally kept in contact.
As long as the tip of the pawl cooperates with the lever Q, this tip can not follow the movements of the lever A, the pawl is consequently in the. Movements of the lever A swiveled out.
However, once during each rotation of the turntable: the projection C "hits the surface Q 'and moves the lever Q away from the knife edge 3 B' for an outside view. This enables the pawl to return to hers under the influence of its spring V normal position in relation to lever A.
The process described continues until the playback pen S 'reaches the discharge channel and moves inwards by a larger amount during one revolution of the turntable and thus also moves the lever A by a larger amount in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 22).
The pawl B 'moves a greater deflection (Fig. 22,) and thereby enables a rotation of the lever Q about its axle journal Q3 by such an amount that its end Q' engages with the projection C 'of the cam plate C. can. This stops the turntable.
24 illustrates an embodiment which has a lever B 'which is in frictional connection with the tone arm at T' and on the one hand: moved inward by the tone arm while an entry is being played and on the other hand by the projection C 'of the lifting disc <B> C </B> is moved outward with each rotation of the turntable by the distance between two sound channels. But if the display moves inward by more than the predetermined amount, the end B 'begins the projection C' and stops the turntable axis W on.
If the tonearm T is moved outwards to restart the speaking machine, an edge of the recess T 'provided in a flange of the tonearm acts on the pin B of the lever B' and disengages the end B 'with: the Lifting cam C 'and thus releases the rotary disk axis W.
The parts <I> L, A ', </I> A2, <I> B', </I> C 'of the various embodiments can be used for the purpose of absorbing unwanted sound vibrations and increasing the friction with leather, rubber, paper or be coated with other sound-absorbing material. In some embodiments, the lifting disk and lever can be made of fiber, vulcanite and the like instead of metal.
