Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Farbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen     ent-          sulfierten        Farbstoff    der     Anthrachinonreihe    er  hält, wenn man die     Leukoverbindung    der 1.     8-          Dioxy-4.        5-diaminoanthrachinon    - 2.

   7-     disulfo-          säure    in wässerigem Medium in Gegenwart  von Borsäure mit Ammoniak erhitzt, wobei  wahrscheinlich 1     Mol    Ammoniak mit einem       Mol    des obigen     Anthrachinonderivates    kon  densiert, und das so erhaltene Kondensations  produkt zum     Anthrachinonderivat    oxydiert.  



  Der erhaltene     Farbstoff    bildet ein dunkles  Pulver und löst sich in organischen     Lösungs-          rnitteln    mit blauer Farbe auf. Er färbt Acetat  seide nach geeigneter     Verpastung    intensiv  blau.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  5,2 Teile     1.8-dioxy-l.5-diaminoanthrachi-          nori-2.7-disulfosaures    Natrium werden mit  4,6 Teilen     Natriumhydrosulfit    und 2 Teilen  kristallisierter Borsäure in 25     Volumteilen     einer 33     0%igen    wässerigen     Ammoniaklösung     5 Stunden in einem geschlossenen Gefäss auf  100 0 erhitzt. Man filtriert, wäscht heiss aus  und erhält beim Trocknen, wobei Oxydation    eintritt, ein Kondensationsprodukt, das sich  in Schwefelsäure mit gelber und in     Essig-          säureäthylester    mit blauer Farbe löst.

   Nach       Hmlösen    aus Schwefelsäure und     Verpasten     mit     Sulfitzelluloseablauge    färbt es     Acetatseide     in kräftigen, blauen Tönen. Dieses Konden  sationsprodukt entspricht sehr wahrscheinlich  dem     1-Oxy-4.5.8-triaminoanthrachinon.

  The dye obtained forms a dark powder and dissolves in organic solvents with a blue color. It turns acetate silk an intense blue after suitable pasting.



  <I> Example </I> 5.2 parts of 1.8-dioxy-1.5-diaminoanthrachinori-2.7-disulfonic acid are mixed with 4.6 parts of sodium hydrosulfite and 2 parts of crystallized boric acid in 25 parts by volume of a 33% strength aqueous ammonia solution Heated to 100 0 in a closed vessel for 5 hours. It is filtered, washed with hot and on drying, with oxidation occurring, a condensation product which dissolves in sulfuric acid with a yellow color and in ethyl acetate with a blue color.

   After dissolving from sulfuric acid and pasting with sulphite cellulose waste liquor, it dyes acetate silk in strong, blue tones. This condensation product most likely corresponds to 1-oxy-4.5.8-triaminoanthraquinone.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines entsul- fierten Farbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Leuko- verbindung der 1. 8-Dioxy-4. 5-diaaiinoanthi-a- chinon-2.7-disulfosäure in wässerigem Medium in Gegenwart von Borsäure mit Ammoniak erhitzt und das so erhaltene Kondensations produkt zum Anthrachinonderivat oxydiert. Der erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver und löst sich in organischen Lösungs mitteln mit blauer Farbe auf.
