Portable electrical measuring device. It is known to produce housing for portable elec tric measuring devices made of insulating material in such a way that two insulating covers made of an easily machinable insulating material, for. B. hard paper, complete the existing frame.
The invention relates to a particularly expedient design of a 1VIessinstrumen- accommodated in such a housing, which is particularly characterized by easy assembly and convenient handling.
According to the invention, the frame serves as a support for the measuring mechanism and accessories connected to it in an electrically conductive manner. This arrangement initially enables inexpensive manufacture because the material of the frame, e.g. B. hard paper, can be punched well, so that the production of the fastening supply of the individual parts serving holes does not require a significant amount of time. In addition, current-carrying parts can be attached directly to the frame without the use of other special insulators and, finally, the assembly is made much easier, because the frame is accessible from both sides during assembly and only after completion of the Mon days through the cover of both Pages from being closed.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing, which shows a measuring device according to the invention in a perspective view, with a corner of the housing being cut out to explain the subject of the invention. 1 with the frame is referred to, the z. B. may consist of hard paper. 2 is the bottom of the case and 3 is the cover. Both parts are expediently made of a suitable Isolierpressstof and contain grooves 4, in which sealing rings serving for dust protection, eg. B. felt, rubber or the like are inserted. 5 are stamped parts made of sheet metal, only a part of which is visible in the drawing.
However, at least two, but expediently three or more of these parts must be distributed over the circumference of the frame 1. The parts 5 are fastened to the frame 1 by rivets or screws 6 and have curved tabs 7 which are used to connect the active measuring device parts to the frame. The measuring mechanism itself can, for. B. be fastened on a plate 8 which is screwed to the tabs 7 by screws 9.
The bent ends 10 of the parts 5 are used to attach the base plate and cover plate of the measuring device. In this case, the cover plate expediently carries special metal parts 12 with pressed-in metal parts 12 with Sackge thread, into which fastening screws 13 are screwed from the rear. This ensures that no screws are visible on the front panel. The base plate 2 can be fastened subsequently with the aid of countersunk screws 11.
The frame 1 also carries the connection terminals 14 of the measuring device. These are not, as was previously the case, in a paral lel to the front or respectively. Base plate run the line, but staggered. This not only facilitates the connection of the lines inside the frame, but also the connection of the supply line when using the measuring device. With 15 is finally a special, one-sided open container made of heat-insulating material, z. B. hard paper, called the z.
B. with the help of two brackets 16 in the frame so that its open side coincides with an opening provided in the frame. This opening in the frame is expediently covered with a protective grille 17 made of perforated sheet metal or wire mesh. In the container 15, all additional Stromver consumers required for the instru ment, in particular series resistors, are arranged so that the heat generated by them can be dissipated to the outside through the protective grille 17, while you move through the heat-insulating wall of the container 15 is locked inside the measuring device.
