Damit nicht in den Zwischenstellungen, wo der bewegliche Rückmelderkontakt von dem einen feststehenden auf den folgenden Kontakt übergeht, bei der .dabei auftretenden Stromunterbrechung für die Kontrollrelais die Regelwerke stillgesetzt werden, erhalten die Kontrollrelais Verzögerungseinrichtungen;
Control system for regulating transformers. The invention relates to a control system for regulating transformers, in which the transformer regulating brackets are actuated by regulation motors controlled from one point. In such systems it is important that. That the individual regulations cannot be withdrawn and that further regulation is blocked until the regulations have been brought back into order.
To this. The purpose of this is to monitor the maintenance of the regulating switch by means of control relays controlled by feedbacks.
According to the invention, the circuits of the control relays working with quiescent current are each closed via a line train connecting feedback contacts with the same ordinal numbers.
Based on the drawing, Ausfüh approximately examples of the invention are tert erläu. Fig. 1 shows the scheme of a simplified embodiment.
There are four transformers 1 to 4. The transformer 1, like the other transformers, has a regulable winding 10, at whose taps the selector 11 can be switched along by means of the regulation motor 1.2. One pole of the magnet windings 13, 23, 33, 43 of all regulation motors are parallel to the current source indicated by the transformer 5, and the other pole is connected to the switches 15, 25 monitored by the control relays 14, 24, 34, 44 , 35, 45 and the push button switch 6 connected to the other pole of this power source.
The relay switches 15, 25, 35, 45 aim in the open position, but are closed when the relay windings 14, 24, 34, 44 are carrying current. In this case, the rule mechanism motors 12, 22, 32, 42 can be put into operation by closing the push button switch 6, which in turn controls the selectors 11, 21, 31, 41 to the. Switch windings along.
When the transformer 1 is just like the other transformers with the selector 11 of the movable contact 16 of a feedback mechanically connected, the fixed contacts 160 to 164 the switching positions 100 to 104 of the selector 11 speak ent. Each movable feedback contact 16, 26, -36, 461 is connected to one pole of the power source 7 via the winding, for example 14 of a control relay; in the transformer 1, however, the movable contact 16 is also connected to the other pole of this power source. The selector of this transformer acts as a clock generator.
The fixed contacts 160 to 164 of the first feedback unit are each connected by a line to the corresponding contacts of the other feedback units.
The system works in such a way that during the regulating process effected by pressing the switch 6 from the feedback contact 16 acting as a clock, the corresponding fixed contacts of all feedbacks are connected to the potential of the power source 7 one after the other, and that all sets of rules are carried out with uniform operation the movable feedback contacts 26, 36, 46 of the remaining transformers 2 to 4 which are used to feed the control relays 24, 34, 44 he required currents.
The relay 14 of the clock-generating feedback is permanently connected to the power source 7, bypassing the feedback contacts. If one of the feedback contacts remains, the associated relay no longer receives any power, opens its switch and thereby interrupts the actuation circuit for the control unit motors. Before the rules and regulations are put back in order, even by closing the pushbutton switch 6, you cannot. more to be regulated further.
So that the rules are not shut down in the intermediate positions where the movable feedback contact changes from the one stationary contact to the following contact, the control relays receive delay devices when the current interruption occurs for the control relays;
However, the rules are expediently designed in such a way that they close the motor circuit in the intermediate positions by bypassing the pushbutton switch 6 and the relay switches 15, 25, 35, 45 by means of an auxiliary switch, which is set shortly before reaching the next Control stage is opened again. Such regulations are known per se and therefore do not need to be explained in more detail.
While in the scheme of Fig. 1 one of the feedback devices must always be switched as a clock, this is unnecessary in the scheme of Fig. 2. Here each feedback unit has two rows of contacts 50 to 54 and 60 to 64. Each contact of the second row of contacts of one feedback is connected to the corresponding contact of the first row of contacts of the following detector.
The first row of contacts of the first and the second row of contacts Kon of the last detector are connected via the magnet winding 55 of a control relay to the power source 56, which controls a switch 58 located in the actuation current branch of the regulating motors as before. The movable contacts 59 of the voters, which are mechanically connected to the rules of the individual transformers as before, bridge the adjacent contacts of the two rows of contacts in every position. The last embodiment has the advantage that only a single control relay is required.
If an additional transformer is to be added to the scheme in Fig. 1, then its remote signaling contacts only need to be connected to the signaling contacts of another transformer by a corresponding number of lines, and its control relay is one-pole with the power source 7 to be connected and the relay switch to be connected in series with the switches of the other relays after removing the bridging part 8.
If any transformer is to be temporarily shut down, it is only necessary to ensure that the switch of the control relay remains permanently closed, be it by connecting the relay winding directly to the power source, be it by interlocking, or that the relay switch is briefly closed. Of course, the transformer is also to be disconnected from the busbar and its rules and regulations are to be switched off.
In Fig. 2, the connection of a further transformer in the feedback device is done simply by interposing its feedback contacts in the individual cable runs.
In Fig. 3 is a more practical Aus executions corresponding circuit diagram according to the scheme of Fig. 1 for three transformers.
The circuit of the feedbacks is essentially the same as in Fig. 1, the only difference being that the movable feedback contacts, for example 16, are connected to the relay windings 14 with a switch 17 interposed. The changeover switch has two fixed contacts 170, 171, one of which is connected to one pole of the power source 7, the other via the relay winding 14 to the other pole of this power source, and a movable, V-shaped monitoring piece 172 which is connected to the movable feedback contact 16.
If the single-pole relay winding 14, which is connected to one pole of the power source 7 without this, is also connected to the other pole of this power source, the movable feedback contact 16 is also connected to this other pole. This switch position applies to the feedback device switched as a clock generator. With the other feedback modules, the changeover switch only establishes the connection between the movable feedback contact and the relay winding.
As in Fig. 1, the relay switches 15, 25, 35 are switched on one after the other in the actuation current branch of the regulation motors, but in contrast to Fig. 1, the circuit for forward and reverse running of the regulation is also here motors indicated. 130 are the field windings for forward running, which can be switched on by pushbutton 630, 131. are the motor windings for reverse running, which can be switched on by pushbutton 631.
In addition, a signal circuit is provided with a horn 66 actuated by a timer 65, which can be closed by the individual control relays by closing the switches 150, 250, 350 that are parallel to one another. The expiry time of the time relay is set so that brief current circuits of the switches 150, 250, 350 are not yet sufficient to operate the horn 66, so the horn only sounds when a set of rules has fallen completely out of step.
In Fig. 3 there is a risk that the changeover switches 17, 27, 3 7 are accidentally incorrectly actuated, for example, are set so that two feedback devices are switched as clock generators. In the event of this faulty switching, the regulations can fall out of step without the actuation line for the motors being interrupted. To prevent this, according to Fig. 4, the changeover switches 17, 27, 37 of Fig. 3 by a common changeover switch 1731 with the fixed Kontak th 71, 72, 73 and the movable contact 74 replaced.
The fixed contact 71 is at a point 75 of the connecting line between. the movable Rückmelderko.ntakt 16 and the relay winding 14 connected. The same applies to the other fixed contacts; the movable contact 74 is connected to the power source 7. With this circuit, only one feedback can act as a clock generator, and the various feedback sensors can be switched as a clock generator.
The invention offers the advantage that further transformers can be switched on or individual transformers can be shut down in a simple manner. Since the control relays also work with quiescent current and their circuits are closed for each switch position by a special line running through the feedback contacts, failure of the control devices is excluded.
