Fig. 6 ist eine Verschlusssicherung darge stellt.
Parachute equipment. The subject of the present invention is a parachute equipment, which has among other things a packing bag, where with still a packing bag, a closure with a shutter release device, an emergency release device, a float device, a suspension line and an auxiliary parachute packaging device can be IN ANY.
The accompanying drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention and associated details, namely: FIG. 1 shows a packaging sack of the first example open, FIG. 2, the packaging sack of the second exemplary embodiment open, FIG. 3, the packaging sack according to FIG. 1 closed, FIG. 4 a packaging bag in use, FIG. 5 a packaging bag with a folded base, FIG. 6 a locking device, FIG. 7 a locking device, second embodiment, FIG. 8 a locking knife closed, FIG. 9 a locking knife open, FIG. 10 a Tear cord with an auxiliary parachute, parachute and details, FIG. 11 a float device, FIG. 12 an air funnel.
The packaging sack (Fig. 1) is made up of parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 together. The opened packaging sack represents a piece of fabric, the parts of which form a coherent whole.
On the outside of the parts 1, 3, 8, the pockets 9, 10, 11, 12 are attached. 13 is a further flap attached to part 1. Pocket 12 is used to hold the lanyard and the pocket 9 sewn onto the back of part 1 to hold the packaging bag. The fabric parts who fold in the order 2, 3, 8, 5, 6, 4, 7, 13 inward and thus form the closed packaging bag, Fig. 3. The outer parts 3, 6, 8, 13 are with the locking discs, that is to say eyelets 14 see ver, as well as the part 2 in the middle of the same. The part 13 is also provided with the locking knife 15, which is connected to the handle 17 by the cable 16 (FIGS. 1 and 3) serving as an emergency line.
Fig. 2 shows another Ausführungsbei play a packaging bag. The same be available from a middle piece 18, which is enclosed by the fabric parts 19, 20, 21, 23, 25, 24, 22, 26, 27, 28 forming the flaps. 29 are designed as eyelets closure discs for closing these flaps pen. 30, 31, 32 are springs which throw apart the flaps 19 to 28 when the closure is opened. On the flap 24 is located between the guide parts 33, 34 mounted the locking knife 35 for the manual operation of the lock. Connected to the closure knife 35 is the cable 37, which is inserted into a sheath 36 and serves as an emergency line and which leads at 38 to the outside of the packaging sack. The cable 37 ends at the handle 39.
The rings 40 (FIGS. 1, 2) serve to fasten the packaging sack to straps for people or to ropes for loads.
Fig. 4 shows the ready-to-use Ver packing bag 41 with a parachute 42 arranged in the same. Another exemplary embodiment of a packing bag is shown in FIG. The packaging bag 43 is provided with the bottom-forming flaps 44, 45, 46, 47, which are placed inward by the snaps 48 to 55 with each other and closed, and thus form the bottom. By opening the fabric parts 44 to 47 forming the bottom, the pocket 43 can be conveniently emptied.
Fig. 6 is a locking device Darge provides. The same consists of the cord 56, the bolt 57 and the ring 58, as well as the cord end 59. The bolt 57 is guided through the eyelets 14, 29 (FIGS. 1, 2) and together with them forms the packaging closure as a whole , which holds the flaps of the packaging sack together (Fig. 3).
In Fig. 7, a further embodiment example of a locking device is shown, wherein a bolt 60 has occurred in place of the ring. 59 is the extension of the locking safety cord 56, for inserting a seal that is used to secure the closure.
The locking knife according to FIGS. 8 and 9 has the parts 61, 62, these being connected to one another at 63 in such a way that a displacement of these parts 61, 62 relative to one another is possible, which displacement is limited by the groove 64 by means of the bolt 65 . In the parts 62, 61 openings 66, 67 are provided in an elongated-round shape, the ends 68, 69 of each elongated opening part being sharpened like a knife.
The position of the opening 66, 67 is normally such that the knives 68, 69 (Fig. 8) are laterally displaced against each other and thus remain ineffective ben, and when in use in the open position (Fig. 9), as tert erläu below : By pulling on the handle 17 respectively. 39 (Fig. 1, 2) and thus on the emergency line 16 respectively. 37, or by pulling the trigger leash 71 (FIGS. 3, 10), the knife parts are displaced against each other due to the pressure generated by the resistance of the reference cord 56 guided through the openings 66, 67. adjusted, so that the knife points 68, 69 reach the safety cord 56 respectively. this runs along the knife points, whereby it is cut through.
The openings 66, 67 are matched to one another in such a way that the implementation of the closure part, such as bolt 57, can only take place after the knives 68, 69 are returned to the closed, i.e. ineffective position according to FIG. 8, whereby the to by cutting safety cord 56 during. the duration of the securing of the closure of the knife edges 68, 69 remains. The packaging bag according to FIG. 3 is equipped with two closure knives, where a knife 15 for manual loading is provided by handle 17 and a second knife 70 inserted between the flaps 3 to 9 is fastened to the lanyard 71 (see also Fig. 10), the end of which is to be connected to the aircraft before using the parachute.
The lanyard 71 and also the connecting cord 72 (FIG. 10) are attached to the locking knife 70, which is loosely inserted between the closing flaps of the packaging sack and through which the securing cord 56 passes. The connecting cord 72 is connected at the same time to the auxiliary parachute 73 and the latter, like the one with the apex of the parachute 74.
The handling of the parachute respectively. the equipment is as follows: The parachute 42 (Fig. 4) is folded like a monika, placed in the packaging bag 41, then the same is placed with the bottom outward in the packaging bag Fig. 1 Ver. The parts 2, 3, 8 are then folded together, then the safety cord of the locking device is inserted through the eyelets of these parts and the latter is loosely held together by means of the locking device. Then the Ver packing bag 41 is pulled away, the parachute 42 remains in the packing bag. The packaging pocket 41 is to be inserted into the outer pocket 9 (FIG. 1) on the packaging sack.
After the bolt 57 is carried out in the sequence through the eyelets of the parts 5, 6, the parts 4, 7 are placed inwardly, the sleeve screen 73 is rolled up and enclosed over the parts 4, 7 by means of the part 13 in the packaging sack, then the Connecting cord 72 to the shutter knife 70 for release (to which the lanyard 71 is already attached) is connected and the bolt 57 leads through the openings of the shutter blade 15 for free release and through the eyelet of part 13 ge. Then the bolt 57 is pulled through the locking ring 75 and see the end 59 of the locking cord with a seal ver. The remainder of the lanyard 71 is to be placed in the pocket 12, the free end of the lanyard being secured against unintentional pulling out of the pocket 12 with a seal.
In use, the opening process takes place as follows: The protruding free end of the lanyard 71 is tied to a safe place in the aircraft. When jumping off the plane, the pull line stretches. The securing cord 56 is then cut by means of the locking knife 70. When the locking knife is released, the connecting cord, that is, tear cord 72, lifts the auxiliary screen 73 out of the rest position under the flap 13 (FIG. 3). The auxiliary parachute passing into the opening process pulls the parachute afterwards, while the relatively weak connecting cord 72 simultaneously tears through or. tears. In the meantime, the auxiliary parachute 73 is brought into the opening position and the parachute 42 is brought into the deployment position.
If the lanyard should fail for any reason, or if there is no longer enough time to use it, the jumper has the opportunity to open the packaging bag by freely actuating it. This is done by pulling on the handle 17, whereupon the securing cord 56 is cut, the closure is opened, the flaps of the packaging bag fall apart and thereby release the auxiliary parachute and parachute for deployment.
This packaging and closure arrangement has the advantage over existing facilities and devices of fully unfolding, opening the packaging sack while avoiding any mechanization of the closure through loops, through such drawn bolts, wedges, wire fasteners, twist fasteners and the like, whereby the A guarantee is required for a safe and quick opening of the lock and thus for the release and immediate safe transfer of the parachute into the deployment position.
The auxiliary screen could instead be housed under the flap 13 (FIG. 1) in an easily tearable paper envelope.
In Fig. 11, 12 a Ausführungsbei is given a game for a float device with air supply, with belt 76, chest straps 77 and back straps 78, 79.
80, 81 are floating bodies of a material nature. 82, 83 show hose lines with built-in check valves 84, 85. The floats 80, 81 are connected to belts and shoulder straps with snap hooks. In FIG. 12, 86 denotes an air funnel made of fabric which is connected to the air tube 88 by means of the lines 87. The hose 89 ends in the fork 90, from which the hoses 82, 83 lead to the floats 80, 81.
The operation of the Schwimmervor device is as follows: The compressed air accumulating under the fabric funnel 86 flows through the hose 89 and the hoses 82, 83 into the folded empty floating bodies 80, 81 designed as containers and inflates the same. The inserted in the hoses 82, 83 Rückschlagven tile 84, 85 prevent the compressed air from escaping from the containers after the parachute has completed its flight. This means that the person using the parachute has an additional rescue device available in the event of a water landing. In addition, the parachute can be compressed air for the operation of drive devices for instruments, apparatus, means of locomotion in the air, generation of surface tension, etc. can be used.
