  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines direkt ziehenden     Disazofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  direkt ziehenden     Disazofarbstoff    erhält, wenn  man     tetrazotiertes        3,3'-Diamino-4,4'-dioxy-          dipherrylsulfon    mit 2 Molekülen     o-Tolyl-2-          amino-5-naphtol-7-sulfosäure    kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  28 Teile     3,3'-Diamino-4,4'-diogy-diphenyl-          sulfon    werden salzsauer unter Zusatz von  Eis mit 14 Teilen     Natriumnitrit        tetrazotiert     und mit 66 Teilen     o-Tolyl-2-amino-5-naphtol-          7-sulfosäure        sodaalkalisch    gekuppelt. Man  lässt 24 Stunden rühren, erwärmt und salzt  aus.  



  Der getrocknete     Farbstoff    ist ein     dunkel-          bronziges    Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit  blauvioletter, in Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter  Farbe löst. Er lässt sich auf Baumwolle direkt  färben als Bordeauxrosa und geht beim Be  handeln mit Kupfersulfat in Violett über.  Denselben Farbton erreicht man, wenn man  das Kupfersalz des Farbstoffes verwendet.    Die     Ausfärbung    ist von hervorragender     Licht-          und    guter Waschechtheit.

  <I> Example </I> 28 parts of 3,3'-diamino-4,4'-diogy-diphenylsulfone are tetrazotized with 14 parts of sodium nitrite and 66 parts of o-tolyl-2-amino- 5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid coupled with alkaline soda. The mixture is stirred for 24 hours, heated and salted out.



  The dried dye is a dark bronze powder that dissolves in water with a blue-violet color and in sulfuric acid with a red-violet color. It can be dyed directly on cotton as burgundy pink and turns purple when treated with copper sulphate. The same shade of color can be achieved using the copper salt of the dye. The color is extremely lightfast and washfast.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines direkt ziehenden Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 3,3'-Diamino-4,4'-dioxy- diphenylsulfon tetrazotiert und mit 2 Mole külen o-Tolyl-2-amino-5-naphtol-7-sulfosäui-e kuppelt. Der getrocknete Farbstoff ist ein dunkel- bronziges Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit blauvioletter, in Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe löst. Er lässt sich auf Baumwolle direkt färben als Bordeauxrot und geht beim Be handeln mit Kupfersulfat in Violett über. Denselben Farbton erreicht man, wenn man das Kupfersalz des Farbstoffes verwendet.
