Description

  

      Zager-    und Transportbehälter für zu     kühlendes    Gut.    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Be  hälter, der zum Lagern und Transport von  zu kühlendem Gut bestimmt ist. Die Erfin  dung besteht darin, dass die Innenwandung  des Behälters mit einer Mehrzahl von wärme  isolierenden Lagen aus Kork bekleidet ist,  wobei zwischen den Lagen luftdicht abge  schlossene, wärmeisolierende Zwischenräume  freigelassen sind. Durch diese neue     Aus-          hildung    des Behälters wird eine sehr gute  Wärmeisolierung erzielt, so dass die Verluste  an     .Kühlmittel,    z. B. Kohlensäure, durch Ver  dampfen auf ein Minimum beschränkt werden.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine  beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes schematisch dargestellt,  und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen     Axialschnitt    durch den Be  hälter und       Fig.    2 eine Detailvariante.  



  Der Behälter 1 ist mit mehreren über  einanderliegenden, gebogenen Korkplatten,  z. B, aus Natur- oder Kunstkork, ausge-    kleidet. Zwischen den Platten 3 sind Luft  räume 5 vorgesehen, die oben und unten  durch Zwischenlagen 6 luftdicht     abgeschlos,-          sen    sind. Alle Fugen; sowohl in der Längs  richtung des Behälters, wie auch     a     den       obern    und untern Enden sind durch Paraffin  oder ein anderes Mittel gasdicht     geschlossen.     Boden und Deckel sind mit Platten 7, 8, 9,  10 belegt, die alle mit Nuten versehen sind.  Diese Nuten sind versetzt zueinander ange  ordnet.

   Boden und Deckel können auch ent  sprechend dem Mantel aus     mehreren    Kork  scheiben und Ringen aufgebaut sein.     Auch     hier sind alle Fugen mit Hilfe von     Paraffin     oder dergleichen geschlossen. Der Deckel  kann mit an sich bekannten Mitteln auf dem  Behälter 1 gesichert sein.  



  Wie in     Fig.    2 dargestellt, kann der wärme  isolierende, in den Behälter 1 eingesetzte  Mantel in der Weise mit abgeschlossenen  Lufträumen versehen sein, dass die Platten  Rinnen aufweisen. Ausser den     Korkplatte ,     z. B. zwischen dieselben eingelegt, kann noch      ein evakuierter, wärmeisolierender, doppel  wandiger Glasmantel eingebaut sein. Ferner  könnten die Zwischenräume zwischen den  Korkplatten     reit    einer     Korkschrotfüllung    ver  sehen sein.  



  Der Behälter 1 kann aus Blech, im  prägniertem     Wellkarton,    einer Hülle aus       Holzschliff,    oder Papiermasse, oder aus einer  Kombination dieser Mittel mit oder ohne  isolierendem Luftraum vorgesehen sein.  



  Der Behälter könnte zum Beispiel auch  in der Weise Verwendung     finden,    dass in  den Innenraum des Behälters eine Schale  mit zu kühlendem Gut, z. B. Creme, und  Trockeneis auf einer durchlochten Platte über  diese Cremeschale gelegt wird. Die Creme  wird dadurch tief gekühlt und zum Gefrieren  gebracht.

  In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown schematically, namely: Fig. 1 is an axial section through the loading container and Fig. 2 is a detailed variant.



  The container 1 is provided with several superimposed, curved cork panels, for. B, made of natural or synthetic cork. Between the plates 3 air spaces 5 are provided which are sealed airtight at the top and bottom by intermediate layers 6 - sen. All joints; both in the longitudinal direction of the container, as well as the upper and lower ends are closed gas-tight by paraffin or some other means. The base and cover are covered with plates 7, 8, 9, 10, which are all provided with grooves. These grooves are offset from one another.

   Base and lid can also be constructed from several cork discs and rings accordingly to the coat. Here too, all joints are closed with the help of paraffin or the like. The lid can be secured on the container 1 by means known per se.



  As shown in FIG. 2, the heat-insulating jacket inserted into the container 1 can be provided with closed air spaces in such a way that the plates have grooves. Except the cork board, z. B. inserted between the same, an evacuated, heat-insulating, double-walled glass jacket can be installed. Furthermore, the spaces between the cork plates could be seen riding a cork pellet filling.



  The container 1 can be made of sheet metal, in impregnated corrugated cardboard, a casing made of wood pulp, or paper pulp, or a combination of these means with or without an insulating air space.



  The container could for example also be used in such a way that in the interior of the container a bowl with goods to be cooled, eg. B. cream, and dry ice is placed on a perforated plate over this cream dish. The cream is thereby deeply cooled and made to freeze.

PATENT CLAIM: Storage and transport container for goods to be cooled, characterized in that the inner wall of the container is clad with a plurality of heat-insulating layers made of cork, with heat-insulating spaces being provided between the layers. SUB-CLAIM 1. Container according to claim, characterized in that the spaces are formed by recesses provided in the cork plates. z. Container according to patent claim, characterized in that, in addition to the cork plates, an evacuated, heat-insulating, double-walled glass jacket is provided. 3.
