Description

Einspritz-Br ennkraftmaschine.

Injection internal combustion engine. Injection internal combustion engines are already known in which the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber through a plurality of nozzles. In these machines, the feed lines to the individual nozzles are in open connection with a fuel distributor, which in turn is connected to a common pressure line of the fuel pump through a fuel supply element.

It has been shown that the fuel columns of the nozzle feed lines that are constantly connected to one another by the distributor can start to oscillate in such machines that the fuel is distributed very unevenly to the different nozzles and the result is a disruption of the injection process.

The present invention aims to remedy this drawback. The invention consists in that the nozzles of the combustion chamber are each connected to a line opening into the seat of a common fuel distribution valve. This prevents the fuel from oscillating and thus achieves a completely even distribution of the fuel to the various nozzles as well as perfect injection and combustion of the fuel.

An embodiment of the subject invention is brought to the drawing for Dar position.

a is the working cylinder, b the piston and c the combustion chamber of an injection internal combustion engine, in which the fuel delivered through line d by a pump (not shown) is via a central fuel distribution valve e which is raised by the fuel itself , through several evenly distributed nozzles f - the drawing shows only two - is injected into the combustion chamber.

The individual nozzle feed lines are each connected to a special opening g located in the seat of valve e, in such a way that when the valve is closed, any connection between the individual feed lines is prevented and the fuel columns located therein cannot swing.
