Description

  

  Einrichtung zum Prüfen der Dichtheit von     Rohrverbindungen.       Die Erfindung betrifft eine     Einrichtung     zum Prüfen der Dichtheit von Rohrverbin  dungen und besteht darin, dass mindestens  eine ringförmige Packung von einer beweg  lichen     Anpressvorrichtung    derart an die zu  prüfende Stelle     angepresst    wird, dass an dieser  ein geschlossener Raum gebildet wird, in den  ein Druckmittel eingeführt werden kann. Die  Packung kann vom Rohrinnern oder auch von  aussen her an die Verbindungsstelle     ange-          presst    werden.

   Sie lässt sich auch derart ring  förmig ausbilden, dass ein über die ganze  Ausdehnung der Verbindungsstelle sich er  streckender Ringraum zum Einführen der  Druckflüssigkeit gebildet wird. .  



  In der Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungs  beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes zur.  Darstellung gebracht.  



       Fig.    1 ist eine im Innern der     Rohrleitung,          itnd          Fig.    4 eine ausserhalb der Rohrleitung zu  verwendende Einrichtung zum stückweisen  Prüfen der Dichtheit von     Rohrverbindungs-          nähten;            Fig.    2 ist ein Teil der     Fig.    1 in grösserem  Massstab gezeichnet,       Fig.    3 ein Schnitt nach der Linie     III-I11     der     Fig.    2, und       Fg.    5 ein in grösserem Massstab gezeich  neter Teil der     Fig.    4.  



  In     Fig.    6 ist eine ringförmige     Einrichtun-;     gezeigt, vermittelst welcher eine     Rohrverb1n-          dungsnaht    in ihrer ganzen     Ausdehnung    auf  einmal geprüft werden kann.

  Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach     den          Fig.    1 bis 3, das zum Arbeiten im Rohr-      innern ausgebildet ist, sind zwei     derartige     Einrichtungen durch Stangen<I>i</I> und<I>7c.</I> von  denen die eine mit einem Linksgewinde und  die andere mit einem Rechtsgewinde in eine       INTutter    1 eingreift, derart miteinander kom  biniert, dass sie durch das Anziehen der Mut  ter an zwei einander gegenüberliegende Stel  len der     Rohrverbindung        angepresst    werden.  



  Nach erfolgter Prüfung dieser Stellen  kann die ganze Einrichtung durch Lösen der       Nutter    an andere Stellen verschoben werden.  



  Bei dem zum Arbeiten ausserhalb des  Rohres bestimmten     Ausführungsbeispiel    nach  den     Fig.    4 und 5 wird das Anpressen der  Einrichtung durch eine Schraube in bewerk  stelligt, die in einem Joch     n    eines um die  Rohrleitung herumgeschlungenen Bandes o  angeordnet ist.  



  Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach     Fig.    6  ist sowohl die Packung     a,    wie auch der     An-          presskörper        b    als ein parallel zu der Rohrnah t  f laufender Ring und so ausgebildet, dass ein  über die ganze Ausdehnung der Rohrnaht f  sich erstreckender ringförmiger     Druckraum     entsteht. Die Packung ist mit Stulpen p ver  sehen, die vom Druckmittel selbst dichtend  an die Rohrenden     angepresst    werden.

  In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, intended for working outside the pipe, the device is pressed on by a screw which is arranged in a yoke n of a band o looped around the pipeline.
