Description
Verfahren und Einrichtung zur Anzeige des Schleuderns von in Reihe geschalteten, nicht miteinander gekuppelten, elektrischen Triebmotoren. Bei in Reihe geschalteten, nicht gekup- pelten, elektrischen Triebmotoren ist stets die Gefahr vorhanden, dass einer oder meh rere Motoren zum Schleudern kommen. Es genügt meistens, dass der Führer auf diese Gefahr aufmerksam gemacht wird. Erfin dungsgemäss werden zwecks Anzeige des Schleuderns derartiger Motoren die Bürsten spannungen der einzelnen Triebmotoren mit einander verglichen.
Nach der Erfindung erfolgt ein Vergleich der Bürstenspannungen mittelst einer Einrichtung, welche zu einem Instrument vereinigte Spannungsmesser mit ,je einem Zeiger für jeden Motor aufweist. Dabei ist die Einrichtung am besten derge stalt, dass bei gleichmässiger Verteilung dei Betriebsspannung alle Zeiger hintereinander stehen, das heisst sich decken, sodass sämt liche Zeiger bei jeder beliebigen, aber für alle Motoren unter sich gleichen Spannung nur als ein einziger Zeiger in Erscheinung treten. Kommt dagegen ein Motor zum Schleudern, wodurch seine Spannung von derjenigen der übrigen Motoren wesentlich verschieden wird, so tritt der diesem Motor entsprechende Zeiger aus der Überdeckung der übrigen Zeiger heraus.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel für eine Ein richtung gemäss der Erfindung ist in Fig. 1 beiliegender Zeichnung schematisch darge stellt unter Weglassung aller für die vorlie gende Erfindung unwesentlichen Teile. In der Figur bedeuten 1, 2, a', 4 Zeiger von nicht gezeichneten Spannungsmessern. Die Drehachsen 5 der Zeiger 1<B>...</B> 4 sind inein ander geschachtelt; sie könnten auch hinter einander in einer Linie liegen.
Wie Fig. 2 beispielsweise andeutet, kann mit einem Zeiger (in der Figur Zeiger 1) ein Kontaktbügel 6 verbunden sein, der bei einer Abweichung von der gleichmässigen Verteilung der Betriebsspannung mit den aus der Reihe austretenden Zeigern in Kon taktberührung kommt, wodurch zum Beispiel üie Abschaltung eines Schalters oder eine Signalgebung bewirkt werden kann. Durch diesen Bügel 6 wird erreicht, dass eine Kon taktberührung innerhalb weiter Grenzen der Motorspannung nicht erfolgt, wenn die ein zelnen Motoren praktisch unter gleicher Spannung stehen, während eine solche Be rührung bereits bei verhältnismässig kleiner Differenz zwischen den Spannungen der ein zelnen Motoren eintritt und zum Beispiel die Ausschaltung des Schalters bewirkt.
Die Zugehörigkeit der Zeiger zu den Mo toren kann durch verschiedenartige Färbung oder verschiedenartige Formgebung der Zei ger kenntlichgemacht sein. Es kann auch der oberste Zeiger zum Beispiel schwarz und alle übrigen rot bemalt sein, wobei dann je weils die Erscheinung der roten Zeiger das Eintreten des Schleuderns anzeigt.

According to the invention, the brush voltages are compared by means of a device which has a voltmeter combined to form an instrument with one pointer for each motor. The device is best designed in such a way that with an even distribution of the operating voltage, all pointers are one behind the other, that is, they are aligned so that all pointers appear only as a single pointer for any voltage that is the same for all motors. If, on the other hand, a motor spins, so that its voltage is significantly different from that of the other motors, the pointer corresponding to this motor emerges from the overlap of the other pointers.
An embodiment of a device according to the invention is shown in Fig. 1 of the accompanying drawings schematically Darge provides omission of all parts that are not essential to the present invention. In the figure, 1, 2, a ', 4 indicate pointers of voltmeters, not shown. This bracket 6 ensures that no contact occurs within wide limits of the motor voltage when the individual motors are practically under the same voltage, while such contact occurs even with a relatively small difference between the voltages of the individual motors and for Example causes the switch to turn off.
The affiliation of the pointers to the motors can be identified by different colors or different shapes of the pointer. The topmost pointer can also be painted black, for example, and all the others red, the appearance of the red pointer then indicating the occurrence of the spin.
