Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung     ehies    sauren     Wollfarbstoffes.       In dem Patent     Nr.    141320 und dessen  Zusatzpatenten ist beschrieben,     dass        man     saure Wollfarbstoffe von ausserordentlich kla  ren Nuancen     ei-hält,    wenn man     Sulfosäuren,          Nitro-    und     Aminostilfosäuren,    ferner     Sulfamin-          säuren    von     Naphtlialsäureanhydrid    mit     Am-          nioniak,

          aliphatischen    oder aromatischen  Aminen umsetzt.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden,     dass    man zu  denselben oder ähnlichen Farbstoffen gelangt,  wenn man die     Unisetzungsprodukte    von       Naphthalsäui-eanhydi-id    oder dessen Derivaten  mit Ammoniak,     aliphatischen        oder#        aromati-          sehen    Aminen in die     Sulfaminbäuren    über  führt. Die Farbstoffe sind wasserlöslich und  färben aus saurem Bade die tierische Faser  sehr gleichmässig an.  



  Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sau  ren Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet,       dass    man     4-Aminonaphtalphenylimid    mit Hilfe  von     Chlorsulfonsäure    in Gegenwart von     Py-          ridin    in die entsprechende     Sulfaminsäure     überführt.    <I>Beispiel<B>:</B></I>  14,4- Gewichtsteile     4-Amirionaphtalplienyl-          imid    werden in eine Mischung von<B>15</B> Ge  wichtsteilen     Chlorsulfonsäure    und 200 Ge  wichtsteilen     Pyridin    eingetragen und<B>3</B> Stun  den auf<B>50-60 0</B> erhitzt.

   Die Masse wird  mit<B>30</B> Gewichtsteilen Soda der     Wasser-          dampfdestillation    unterworfen. Dann wird  heiss vom unveränderten     4-Aminoriaphtalphe-          nylimid        abfiltriert    und     ausgesalzen.    Das Pro  dukt färbt Wolle aus     essigsattrem    Bade  leuchtend gelb.

The dyes are water-soluble and color the animal fibers very evenly from an acid bath.



  The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of an acidic wool dye, characterized in that 4-aminonaphthalophenylimide is converted into the corresponding sulfamic acid with the aid of chlorosulfonic acid in the presence of pyridine. <I>Example<B>:</B> </I> 14.4 parts by weight of 4-Amirionaphtalplienyl- imide are added to a mixture of <B> 15 </B> parts by weight of chlorosulfonic acid and 200 parts by weight of pyridine and < B> 3 </B> hours heated to <B> 50-60 0 </B>.

   The mass is subjected to steam distillation with <B> 30 </B> parts by weight of soda. The unchanged 4-aminoriaphthalene nylimide is then filtered off while hot and salted out. The product dyes wool from bath rich in acetic acid a bright yellow.

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Aminotiaphtalphenylimid mit Hilfe von Ohlorsulfonsäure in Gegenwart von Pyridin in die entsprechende Sulfaminsäure überführt. Der Farbstoff färbt Wolle aus essigsaurein Bade leuchtend gelb.
