Backdrop voter. The invention relates to dialers for telephone systems which are set to a specific connection by two different movements carried out in the same plane.
The first setting movement of the switching element is a rotary movement around the selector axis and: the second setting movement runs outward in the radial direction from the position reached by the rotary movement.
For each adjustment movement a special switching arm is provided and the switching arm for the second adjustment movement is stored in or on the switching arm for the first adjustment movement.
Such voters are known in principle and are called backdrop voters.
The object of the invention is characterized by the type of arrangement of the means, which initially initiate and cause the joint movement of the two arms about a common axis and then the radial movement of one arm when the other arm is shut down. The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a section, and Figs. 2 and 3 'details of the selector. In zig. 4 is given a plan view of the voter.
A means of the pawl SA by a solenoid SM to be switched further drive ratchet SR sits firmly on a shaft WL, which is stored in the selector frame R ge (Fig. 1).
A Zahnra0- segment ZSM (Fig. 1 and 4) is attached to the hub of the switching wheel SR, which continues downwards. -% Velches with a rack ZST attached to one end of an arm RA, is in a grip (Fig. 4). This arm EA is slidably arranged on the rotatable arm ZA with the help of Rol len.
The arm ZA sits loosely on the shaft and can be brought into or out of engagement with the switching wheel .SR by means of a coupling piece K.5 '.
In Fig. 3 a front and ropes looks at this coupling piece is shown. It has a round disc with a recess KB, which has two elevations KK on one side and two jaws' KB on the other side, which engage with corresponding jaws on the SZ gear wheel rigidly connected to the switching arm ZA .
In the assembled selector, the blocks KK lie in the corresponding grooves of the hub of the ratchet wheel SR and when the jaws are engaged and disengaged, the blocks KK remain permanently in engagement with the grooves.
The clutch is controlled by means of the switching magnet UJYl. In Fig. 1, the armature of this magnet is shown in the working position. The free end of the anchor is forked and this fork UG engages in the recess KB of the coupling piece ES. Furthermore, the armature carries a locking comb SKA, which engages in the working position of the armature in the teeth of the locking gear SZ.
A role FR (Fig. 1 and 2) sits loosely on the shaft on the part of the shaft protruding beyond the bearing in the selector frame on the back. A helical spring RHF lies on the roller, one end of which is attached to the voter frame and the other end to the long leg of the angle iron FB. The angle iron FB engages through a recess in the selector frame and is attached to the gear segment with its short leg.
Let us now describe the effect of the selector, which can be used as a call seeker, group or line dialer: If the switching magnet SNI receives power, the latter is turned into jolts by the self-interrupting function of the switching magnet operated by means of the insulated pin IS converts and the ratchet SR is switched on each time this magnet is excited by the pawl SA by one tooth.
With the switching wheel SR, the coupled arm ZA with the gear segment ZSM and the arm EA are rotated simultaneously around the selector axis TYL, so that the two arms EA and ZA do not change their position relative to one another when the rotation corresponds to the first setting.
With this first setting the feet of the RHF have been stretched. She puts it at @dne Federrolle FR. The backward movement of the ratchet wheel is prevented by a locking pawl SK.
When the switching wheel is rotated, for example by nine teeth, the switching arms are rotated in front of the ninth contact frame KOR. The group test wire GPD of this contact frame has a potential for the purpose of activating the switchover magnet UM via the contact finger KFZ of the arm ZA. The anchor is tightened and the fork UG brings the coupling piece ES out of engagement with the ratchet wheel SZ.
The arm ZA is freed from the switching wheel SR. To a reverse rotation of the arm ZA closed. verhinid'ern, at the same time engages the locking comb SKA in the teeth of the locking gear SZ, whereby the arm ZA is held in its position.
The further actuation of the drive magnet SM also results in a further switching of the switching wheel SR. When the arm is stationary. ZA acts, then this wheel by means of the gear segment ZSIV1 and rack ZST on the arm EA and this is moved radially.
The current surges bring the arm EA with the contact finger located at its end from one to the other wire of the bare multiple field to the calling subscriber in the ninth contact frame. When the single arm is advanced, the RHP spring is tightened further.
To release the selector, the release magnet AM disengages the locking pawl SK simultaneously with the switching pawl SA from the switching wheel SR. The ratchet wheel rotates back where the arm slides back out of the contact frame. In the meantime, however, the toggle magnet UM \ has been excited and therefore the locking of the tens arm has been lifted and this has been coupled again with the switching wheel SB. The tens arm is therefore now also turned back into the rest position.
