Sparkocher. Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Sparkocher, beispielsweise für elektrische Be- heizung, bei welchem der Boden des Koch gefässes durch eine Wärmeübertragungs- platte verstärkt ist. Nach der Erfindung weist die Wärmeübertragungsplatte minde stens eine Durchbrechung auf, in die der Ge fässboden mit einer flachen Vertiefung zur Aufnahme von Flüssigkeit hineinragt.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in einem Vertikalschnitt dargestellt.
Das Kochgefäss 1 des gezeichneten Spar kochers weist in der Mitte des Bodens eine flache Vertiefung 2 auf. Mit dieser Ver tiefung ragt der Gefässboden in die Durch brechung einer an der Unterseite des Gefäss bodens zu dessen Verstärkung dienenden ringförmigen Wärmeübertragungsplatte 8 hin ein, die mittelst Nieten 4 am Boden des Koch gefässes befestigt ist. Die Dicke der Platte entspricht der Dicke der Vertiefung 2, so dass das Kochgefäss auf der Unterseite des Bo dens eine ebene Fläche aufweist und auf der Herdplatte eines elektrischen Kochherdes überall gleichmässig aufsitzt.
Hierdurch wird eine gute Wärmeübertragung auf das Koch gefäss erzielt und trotz dem dünnen Boden des Kochgefässes ein Verziehen bezw. Ausbauchen des Gefässbodens vermieden. Die flache Ver tiefung 2 des Gefässbodens dient zur Auf nahme von Wasser, das zum Kochen des In haltes von in den Kochtopf eingesetzten Ge fässen 5 und 6 dient. Von diesen Gefässen ist das obere durch Scheidewände in ver schiedene Abteilungen unterteilt, in denen mehrere Speisen getrennt voneinander zu gleicher Zeit gekocht werden können. Der Deckel 7 des Kochgefässes 1 sitzt dicht schlie ssend in einer Rinne 8 am obern Rand des letzteren und ist'an demselben mittelst vier federnden, aufklappbaren Spannhaken 9 festgehalten.
Ein im Deckel 7 angeordnetes Sicherheitsventil 10 verhindert das Entstehen eines Überdruckes im Innern des Koch gefässes.
Mit dem beschriebenen Sparkocher ist es möglich, mit einer ganz kleinen Menge Wasser Speisen gar zu kochen, ohne dass ein Anbrennen derselben zu befürchten ist. Es können, je nach der Grösse des Kochers, statt nur einer Vertiefung deren mehrere, zum Bei spiel ringförmige, am Boden des Kochgefässes vorhanden sein.
