Armierte Botondeche.
Armored botondeche. As a building material for the construction of the supporting structure of ceilings today, for the most part, fixed concrete is used. The economic use of this material led to the subdivision of the supporting structures into so-called flap beam and. Covering ribs, i.e. ceilings with an upper plate and downwardly protruding beams or ribs. From a static point of view, the plate has the task of absorbing the compressive forces, while the ribs are used to absorb and fix the reinforcing bars, which absorb the tensile forces.
Since pure concrete ceilings are very unfavorable in terms of heat and sound insulation, in ribbed ceilings above and below living and working spaces, the spaces between the ribs are usually filled with ceiling stones or hollow stones. These are the so-called hollow stone ceilings. Both the bare concrete ceilings and the hollow stone ceilings must be completely built on site.
The subject matter of the present invention is a reinforced concrete ceiling, the components of which, in accordance with the newer construction method, can be manufactured and prepared as far as possible in the factory in order to prevent weathering and hardening periods when the same is created. not to be stopped.
Fig. 1 and 2 show two exemplary embodiments of the new ceiling. This consists of prepared reinforced beams a with cavities b, reinforcing iron c and solid head part d. In order to reduce the heat and sound permeability of the ceiling to a minimum, the concrete walls are implemented with a practically minimal thickness.
The spaces g remaining between two laid beams are each filled differently depending on the static preconditions of the ceiling. Fig. 1 shows the normal embodiment of the ceiling, with the entire gap being filled with an insulating material. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the ceiling where where the lowest possible ceiling height h is required, with the upper part of the spaces g is filled with a print layer k .
This can consist of prepared slabs or be concreted on site after the lower part of the gaps g is covered with plates m or filled with insulating material., St. The gap g can also be completely filled with reinforced concrete in cases where good insulation of the ceiling is less important. Fig. 3 shows different profile shapes of the reinforced beams to be used.
The present blanket offers the advantage over the previously usual ones that the work when Elerstellen the ceiling only consists of laying the previously prepared beams and filling the gaps. The ceiling can be loaded immediately. Slab formwork is not n #) difficult. The hollow spaces arranged in the beams and the spaces filled or covered with insulating material provide good insulation for the ceiling. This is suitable. therefore particularly good for residential house ceilings. The ceiling can be manufactured very quickly, can be walked on immediately and is inexpensive to manufacture.
