Entlastungshahn.
Relief valve. In the known relief taps that have ball relief, tilting pieces or inclined planes as drivers, it happens that if the tap is turned too quickly, the relief path becomes too large and the grater with its passage channel no longer fits into the opening of the tap housing. The same thing happens when the spring that presses the grater into the valve body becomes paralyzed.
The present invention is intended to remedy this inconvenience in that a transfer body acting as a driver engages in a groove located on a second transfer body while leaving a margin in the circumferential direction, for the purpose of limiting the relief path.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments from the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a relief valve in longitudinal section, Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line x-x in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through part of the second embodiment.
The friction valve a of the relief valve shown in FIG. 1 is pressed against the housing c by a spring b. A bolt d , which ends in a head k, is attached to the top of the grater a . This contains a diametrical channel at the top, the bottom of which is formed by two surfaces e facing each other at an angle. Lays against this. the corresponding roof-shaped beveled lower end of the prismatic extension h of a bolt f carries a handle g at the upper end.
Parts h and k serve as transmission bodies. Between the perpendicular parallel surfaces of the extension h and the channel receiving it there is an intermediate space i. When turning the hand g * fies g , the action of the inclined surfaces e causes the friction a to counteract the action of spring b shifted downwards, which movement causes the relief.
After a short turn, which is sufficient to lift the heron a from its seat, if this goes in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2, the edges 1 and 3 of the extension h push against the edges 2 and 4 of the head k. As a result, when the handle g is rotated further, the extension h acts as a driver, in that it takes along the grater a. By stopping the edges 1 and 3 on 2 and 4, the so-called relief movement will be limited.
The embodiment according to FIG. 3 differs from the above only in that the head k and the extension h serving as a driver each have only one inclined surface.
