Waschtrommel für photographische Bilder. Bei den bisher üblichen Waschtrommeln für photographische Bilder hat sich der Übelstand bemerkbar gemacht, da,ss infolge der durch die Drehung verursachten zentri fugalen Strömungen die Bilder an die In nenwand des Trommelmantels gedrückt wer den und infolgedessen aneinander zu liegen kommen, wodurch das Auswaschen des Fi xiernatrons aus den Bildern stark gemindert wird. Nicht völlig oder ungleich ausge waschene Bilder neigen aber zu späterem Gelbwerden und zur Fleckenbildung.
Man hat sich bemüht, dem genannten Übelstand auf verschiedene Weise abzu helfen, z. B. durch verschiedenartige Durch- löcherung der Trommelwand, auch in Ver bindung mit einer über der Trommel ange brachten Brause, welche die anklebenden Bil der durchspülen soll.
Dumh,die nachstehend beschriebene Neue- ruag wird @aem .Ankleben ider Bilder an der Innenwand der Waschtrommel wirksam vor gebeugt. Die Mantelwand der Trommel ist so ge faltet, dass der Querschnitt der Falten dem Profil von Sägezähnen ähnlich sieht.
Die radial verlaufenden Teile der Falten sind mit Öffnungen versehen, durch die beim Dre hen der Trommel in einen mit der Waschflüs sigkeit versehenen Trog Flüssigkeitsströme in das Innere der Trommel eintreten kön nen, die das Anlegen der Bilder gegen die Trommelwand verhindern sowie in der in nerhalb der Trommel befindlichen Wasch- flüssigkeit wirbelnde Ströme erzeugen, die ein gründliches Auswaschen der Bilder ge währleisten.
Die Zeichnung stellt ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar.
Fig. 1 ist eine Stirnansicht der in einem Trog angeordneten Waschtrommel; Fig. 2 und 2a zeigen eine Falte des Trom melmantels in Querschnitt und Ansicht; Fig. 3 ist eine Stirnansicht der Trom mel; Fig. 4 ist eine Aufsicht auf die Trom mel.
Die Mantelwand der Trommel ist so ge staltet, dass' der Querschnitt der Falten dein Profil von Sägezähnen ähnlich sieht.
Die Faltung des Trommelmantels besteht aus den radial gerichteten Teilen b und den Verbindungsteilen a. Mit c sind die in den radial gerichteten Faltenteilen vorgesehenen Öffnungen bezeichnet, durch die beim Dre- heü der Trommel mit nach vorn gerichteten Faltenteilen b, die Flüssigkeit in das Innere der Trommel eintritt. Hierbei entstehen durch die Ablenkung der Stromrichtung durch die Faltenteile a wirbelnde Ströme, die sich in Richtung auf die Achse der Trom mel hin bewegen.
Um eine gute Erneuerung der Naschflüssigkeit zu ermöglichen, wer den zweckmässig die Stirnwände der Trom mel ebenfalls mit Öffnungen versehen. Die Trommel selbst ist in einem Trog g ange ordnet, der zweckmässig bis etwa zur Achsen höhe der Trommel mit der Waschflüssigkeit gefüllt wird.
