Neigungswage.
Tilt scale. The invention relates to inclination wagons, or wagons of the type Ait, which is provided with a display device and with an automatic Nusgleiclivorri.:h- treatment in order to balance the load on the load shell in whole or in part. In the known vagaries of this type, the balance weight does not work without friction, which is undesirable.
To avoid this, according to the invention, the pointer of the display device and the compensating device are suspended from parts of the scales by means of flexible organs which make up and down movements during the weighing process.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, and it shows: FIG. 1 a front view of this implementation, FIG. 2 a partial section along the line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 a partial section along the line; HI-III in Fig. 2 on a larger scale.
In the case of the scale shown, the automatic balancing device has a drum 1 and balancing weights 2. These are suspended by means of the flexible, steel straps 3, 4 and 5 acting on the drum on the parallel guides forming vertical arms 6 and 7. The latter are attached to the weighing mechanism in such a way that they move up and down in opposite directions during the weighing process. The drum 1 can be provided with grooves, slots or the like for guiding the flexible belts extending along part of the circumference of the same.
The central flexible band 4 is fastened at one end by means of a bracket 9 to the laterally extending part 8 of the arm 6, and at the other end by means of an adjusting screw 10 at the bottom of the drum 1.
The two outer flexible bands 3 and 5 are each fastened at one end to the drum 1 by means of the adjusting screws 11 and at the other end articulated to the part 12 arranged on the arm 7, namely by means of a rod 13 attached to said part , the through these screws 14 of brackets 15 and the latter interconnect the rod 16. The rod 13 is axially adjustable mounted in the part 12 and is held by an adjusting screw 1.7.
The bracket 9 is structurally similar to the bracket t5. The flexible straps 3, 4, 5 can therefore be axially adjusted at the hanging ends and can also .lrdien. Two pointers 21 are attached to the ends of the drum 1 mel. The drum 1 is provided on the front sides with the small conical pins 18 lying in the drum axis, which are mounted in plates 19 attached to the housing of the display device at 20.
By mounting the pointer and the compensating device by means of the pin 18 it is achieved that these are held in the housing of the balance; however, the friction in the bearings is eliminated because the pointer and the balancing device are carried by the weighing mechanism. The pivot point of these parts always remains at the same height during the weighing process.
Pointers and counterweights could each be arranged on their own drum instead of on a shared drum as in the example explained.
