  Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf  ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen       Kondensationsproduktes    der Formel:

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     Dimethyl-          anilin    mit     Cyklohexanon    in Gegenwart eines       sauren    Kondensationsmittels auf höhere Tem-         peratur    erhitzt und aus dem Reaktions  gemisch die dreikernige Verbindung isoliert.  



  Das neue dreikernige     Kondensationspro-          dukt    kristallisiert aus     Benzol    oder Benzin  in derben farblosen     Nadeln    vom Schmelz  punkt 158-160      (Erweichen    bei 150-152 ).  Es ist     leieht    löslich in Mineralsäuren und       läBt    sich daraus durch Alkali in kristallisier  ter Form ausfällen. Es soll als     Zwischen-          produkt    zur     Herstellung    von Farbstoffen  dienen.
