Description

  

  Apparat     zur    Herstellung von Ersatzstücken für zahnärztliche Zwecke.    Die     Erfindung    betrifft einen Apparat  zur Herstellung von     Press.guss-Ersatzstücken     für zahnärztliche Zwecke und besteht     darin.     dass eine     Vorrichtung        angeordnet    ist, ver  möge     deren    ein zur Aufnahme mehrerer Zy  linder oder dergleichen verschiedener Höhe  geeigneter Druckbehälter und seine zu  gehörige Deckelhaube sich     von.-        bezw.    gegen  einander bewegen und     aufeinanderpressen     lassen,

   so dass in den Behälter eingeführte  Pressluft auf die Formzylinder zwecks gleich  zeitiger Herstellung mehrerer Ersatzstücke  in einem Arbeitsgange einwirken     kann.     



  Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs  gegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh  rungsform     veranschaulicht,    und zwar zeigt:       Abb.    1 eine Vorderansicht des Apparates,  mit     Querschnitt    von Deckelhaube und Druck  behälter,       Abb.    2 eine Seitenansicht hierzu.  



  Der     gezeichnete    Apparat besitzt zwei       Zahnstangen        a    und<I>b,</I> in welche zwei Zahn  räder c und d     eingreifen,    die     mittelst    des    Handrades e angetrieben und so, die Zahn  stangen auf- und     abbewegt    werden können.  Der obere Verbindungssteg f der Stangen  trägt die Deckelhaube. Wird das     'Handrad    e  entsprechend gedreht, so werden die Zahn  stangen a und b nach unten gezogen und  somit die Deckelhaube auf den Druckbehäl  ter g gepresst, in welchem sich die Form  zylinder<I>k</I> und<I>l</I> befinden.  



  Sind Deckelhaube und Druckbehälter  fest aufeinander gepresst und wird dann       Pressluft    durch die hohle Stange b in den  glockenförmigen Deckelraum     la    eingeführt,  so     verteilt    sich diese Luft gleichmässig in  folge der verschiedenen angebrachten Löcher  i. in den Hohlraum von Deckelhaube und       Druckbehälter,    also auch auf die darin be  findlichen Formzylinder     k    und     l'    mit dem  geschmolzenen Metall. Letzteres wird da  durch bis in die feinsten Ausläufer der Form  hinein gepresst und ergibt somit dichte und  bis in die feinsten Enden ausgeprägte Er  satzstücke.
