Sicherheitseinrichtung an Zweitakt-Gasmaschinen.
Safety device on two-stroke gas engines. In two-stroke gas engines, it was customary up to now to supply the working cylinder with the gas and air quantities required for flushing and charging for each working stroke through piston blowers coupled to the gas engine, in which self-operating valves already present ensure that when the machine is at a standstill, none There is a connection between the gas and the air line. Such fans are not appropriate for high-speed two-stroke gas engines, as they have been built many times in recent times, because of the high speeds.
You therefore use rotating blowers in their place, which are not driven by the gas engine itself, but especially, for example by an electric motor, for which turbo blowers are particularly suitable. If, however, the automatic valves peculiar to the piston blowers customary up to now are missing, it can happen that, if the gas engine comes to a standstill for any reason, but the blowers continue to run, with the working piston in a suitable position the cylinder and through it the off If the pressure of air and gas is not exactly the same, fill the gas or air line with an ignitable mixture. This can ignite in a hot place, for example in the outlet, and cause accidents.
So far it has required the greatest and most conscientious attention of the operator and the quickest ability to make decisions in order to prevent accidents by intervening immediately.
The invention has the purpose of eliminating the ge named source of danger independently of the operating personnel in an automatic way.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that a shut-off valve in the gas line is kept open by a lock that is triggered by the machine controller when the machine comes to a standstill and quickly shuts off the gas line.
In the drawing, some Ausfüh approximately examples of the device according to the invention are shown schematically.
1 shows a purely mechanical device and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of individual parts of the same along line A-B of FIG. 1. In FIG. 3, a device is shown in which pressurized oil is used to block the gas shut-off valve , and Fig. 4 shows a section through the pressure oil reversing device after the changeover.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the sleeve 1 of the machine controller is connected to a push rod 3 by a double-armed lever 2. On the push rod 3, a winkelför shaped pawl 4 is mounted, which is held by a spring 5 in the ge the normal gear of the machine corresponding position shown in Fig. By pressing it with a nose 6 against the rod 3 . A nose 7 of an angle lever 8, which is held in its normal position by the spring 9 by pressing the downward arm of the same against a fixed abutment 10, protrudes into the stroke range of the upwardly directed leg of the pawl.
The angle lever 8 holds the gas valve 11 in the open position by holding the lower valve rod 13 protruding from the valve housing 12 with a thumb 15 on a nose 14 against a spring 16 acting on closing the valve 11. The valve rod 13 protruding from the valve housing 12 is provided with a handle 17 there. The horizontal leg of the pawl 4 protrudes into the stroke path of the irregularity 14 of the valve rod 13.
To open the valve 11 when driving on, the valve rod 13 is pressed by means of the handle 17 down. The regulator sleeve 1 is at the bottom and the push rod 3 with the pawl 4 is at the top, so that the latter keeps the angle lever 8 swung out to the right. The nose 14 of the valve rod 13 can therefore pass the thumb 15 of the angle lever 8 and would not be held by this when the pressure on the handle 17 is released. When the valve rod 13 is depressed, however, the nose 14 encounters the horizontal leg of the pawl 4 and brings the pawl 4 to swing in the direction of the arrow drawn.
Her vertical leg is pulled off the nose 7 so that the angle lever 8 is brought into the normal position by the spring 9 and is pressed against the abutment 10, so that the thumb 15 of the nose 14 of the valve rod 13 relocates the return path. When the pressure on the handle 17 is released, the nose 14 rests against the thumb 15 of the angle lever 8, and the valve 11 remains open so that the machine can start. The vertical leg of the pawl 4 is first pressed by the spring 5 in front of the side against the nose 7 of the angle lever 8. When the sleeve 1 is raised by the machine coming up to speed, the push rod 3 drops and the angle lever returns to its normal position under the nose 7.
If the machine comes to a standstill for any reason, the vertical leg of the pawl 4 causes the angle lever 8 to swing out again, so that the thumb 15 slides off the nose 14 and the valve 11 is immediately closed by the spring 16.
Advantageously, the dashed arm 18 is still seen on the push rod 3, which brings the angle lever 8 to swing with the double-armed lever 18 when the arm 19 with the push rod 3 when the regulator sleeve goes up due to the machine burning out in the highest position enough has lowered. The gas valve 11 is closed automatically in this case and the gas inlet is shut off.
According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the gas valve 11 is held open against the action of a spring 20 by pressurized oil which is taken from the oil container 21 by the pump 22 and fed to the cylinder 26 through the line 23 via the main channel 24 of a three-way valve 5 in which the piston 27 connected to the valve rod dsr is movable. The drain line 28 leading to the oil tank 21 is connected to the three-way valve 25 and can be connected to the part of the oil line 23 leading to the cylinder 26 via the main channel 24 and the secondary channel 29 of the Hahrikükens.
The double-armed lever 30 is connected to the cock plug, one arm of which is loaded by a weight, while the other arm 14 takes over the function of the nose 14 in FIGS. 1 and 2. The thumb 15 of the angle lever 8, which is actuated by the regulator sleeve 1, thus interacts with this. When driving to the chick of the three-way track 25 is brought by lifting the lever weight in the position shown in Fig. 3, after which the horizontal arm of the pawl 4 was brought to swing out by the thumb 14, so that the thumb 15 in the return path of the Arm 14 can protrude.
The connection between the oil pump 22 and the cylinder 26 via the main channel 24 of the three-way track thus remains open and the machine can start. If it comes to a standstill afterwards for any reason, the push rod 3 causes the angle lever 8 to swing by means of the pawl 4, so that the thumb 15 slides off the arm 14 and the cock plug under the influence of the weight moves into the position shown in FIG ge showed location is switched.
The connection between the oil pump 22 and the cylinder 26 is thus interrupted and the connection between the cylinder 26 and the oil container 21 is opened via the secondary line 29, so that the piston 27 or the spring 20 acting on it the 01 displace from the cylinder 26 and the valve 11 can close immediately. .
The arm 18 provided on the push rod, together with the double-armed lever 19, closes the gas valve while the machine is going through.
