Description

  

  Gemüsehobel.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bil  det ein Gemüsehobel.  



  Derselbe zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass  der dem Schnittmesser gegenüberliegende  Hobelteil quer zur Schneide des Messers ver  stellbar ist, wodurch das Gemüse in ver  schieden dicke Scheiben zerkleinert werden  kann und die     Reinigung    des Hobels erleich  tert wird.  



  Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes.       Fig.    I ist eine Draufsicht;     Fig.        II    ist  ein Längsschnitt. Zwischen zwei parallelen  Holzleisten ist ein Brett 3 befestigt. Oben  tragen die durchbohrten Leisten 1 die ein  seitig mit Flügelmutter versehene :Schraube  6. Das Brett 3 ist     einerends    zur Aufnahme  des Messers 5 auf seiner ganzen Breite ent  sprechend geschnitten. Das Messer 5 sitzt  zwischen der Auflagefläche des Brettes 3  und den .Holzsegmenten 9, die ihrerseits an  den Leisten 1 sitzen. Das Brett 2 ist zwi  schen die Leisten 1 eingeschoben und mit  der Schraube 6 festgeklemmt.

   Da das Brett 2    auf seiner ganzen Breite einen Einschnitt 7  besitzt, ist es nach dem Ausmasse dieses Ein  schnittes 7 verstellbar, und zwar quer zur  Schneide des Messers 5, so weit, als dies  die als Anschlag     dienenden,    an den Leisten 1  befestigten Holzsegmente 9 zulassen. An       seinem    untern Ende trägt das Brett 2 die  beiden Winkel     8,.    Diese Winkel 8 dienen  zum Festhalten des gezahnten Messers 4,  dessen     Schneidklingen    parallel zu den Lei  sten 1 laufen.  



  Die     Verstellbarkeit    des Hobelteils 2 er  möglicht, die auf das     Schneidgut    zu stellende  Fläche des Teils 2 mehr oder weniger unter  die Schneide des Messers 5 zu stellen. Das       Schneidgut,    das über das Brett 2 geschoben  wird, kann je nach der Einstellung des Teils  2 in dicke oder dünne Scheiben zerkleinert  werden. Um bestimmte Gemüse in verschie  den breite     Stäbchen    zu zerschneiden, können  verschieden gezahnte Messer 4 in die Win  kel 8 eingeschoben werden. Eine gute Be  festigung der Messer 4 ist weiter durch die       J3olzsegmente    9 gewährleistet.
