Mittelst Kurvenscheibe gesteuerter Kontakthebel.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Kurvenscheibe 5 in Seitenansicht.
Centrally cam controlled contact lever. The invention relates to contact levers which are controlled in one direction of rotation by a cam and reset in the other direction of rotation by an auxiliary force. In the case of such contact levers in controllers, tap changers and similar devices, it is advantageous to ensure that one contact is reliably opened before other contacts are closed.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the contact lever, if it does not follow the curve shape of the disk directly, is inevitably reset by the curve disk without the aid of further construction parts.
According to the accompanying Fig. 1, which shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention schematically, the contact lever 1 provided with a roller 7 is extended beyond its pivot point 2 in such a way that, when the contact 3 is closed, it is cut into the off 4 of a cam plate 5 attached Wreath 6 engages. Fig. 2 shows the cam 5 in side view. When the roller 7 runs up on the cam 10 of the cam 5, the contact 3 is closed and opened by the spring 8 after the roller has expired.
If the opening of the contact 3 does not take place for whatever reason, or not quickly enough, the lever 1 is pushed out of the cutout 4 of the ring 6 as a result of the rotation of the cam 5 and the contact 3 is thereby opened by the shape of the ring Section 4 is selected such that the contact lever 1 is inevitably reset by the cam 5, whereby the cam 5 is not stopped in its Drehbe movement.
Of course, this locking can in principle also be used with those devices in which the contact is opened when the roll is running and is closed by spring force; in this case, the inevitable locking guarantees timely closing of the contact.
