Description

  

  Einrichtung zur     Aufnahme    und Lagerung dünnwandiger Kochtöpfe aus Aluminium.    Die vorliegende Erfindung     betrifft    eine  Einrichtung zur Aufnahme und Lagerung  dünnwandiger Kochtöpfe aus Aluminium, wel  che auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung in zwei  beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen dargestellt  ist, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.l    eine korbartige Einrichtung für  den Topf, in den dieser eingesetzt wird,     links     in Ansicht und rechts im Vertikalschnitt,  während       Fig.    2 " einen, in ein ringartiges Gestell       eingehängten.    Topf zeigt, der mit einem zur  Erhöhung des Wiederstandes rund geformten  Boden versehen ist.  



  Die korbartige Schutzeinrichtung gemäss       Fig.    1 besteht aus einer Bodenplatte     a    mit  zwei an gegenüberliegenden Stellen angebrach  ten Lappen b. An diesen Lappen ist um  Bolzen c drehbar der Bügel d eingehängt,  in den oben die Druckschraube e eingesetzt  ist. Der Topf ist in dieses korbartige Gebilde  eingesetzt, wobei die Druckschraube e ver  mittelst der Schraubenfeder     g    auf den Deckel       h    drückt. Dieser Deckel ist ausserdem noch    mit dem üblichen, auf mehrere Atmosphären  einstellbaren     Sieherheitsventil    i versehen.  



  Bei der Ausführungsform gemäss     Fig.    2  hat der Topfboden eine     runde        Form.    Ausser  dem ist der Topf mit einer Stützwulst k ver  sehen in das ringartige Gestell     j    eingesetzt.  Der Bügel d ist ebenfalls um Bolzen c dreh  bar an dem ringartigen Gestell     j    befestigt.  Die in den Bügel d eingesetzte Druckschraube  e drückt bei dieser Ausführungsform direkt auf  den Deckel<I>h.</I> In den Deckel ist ein Gehäuse<I>l</I>  eingeschraubt, das mit einer Vertikalbohrung  <I>m</I> versehen ist; in die eine Querbohrung<I>n</I>  mündet.

   Die letztere Bohrung ist durch das  auf einen bestimmten     Röchstdruck        abprobierte     Plättchen o gesichert, welches durch den  Ring q festgehalten wird. Die ausserdem auf  dem Deckel     li    noch vorgesehene Ventilsiche  rung besteht aus dem Körper q mit dem  Ventil r, welches unter Vermittlung der Fe  der s durch die     nachstellbare    Kappe t auf  einem bestimmten Druck eingestellt werden  kann. An der Kappe<I>t</I> ist ein Zeiger     u    be  festigt, der bei der Verstellung der Kappe t      über einer auf dem Topfdeckel versehenen  Skala     9,    spielt. In den Topfboden kann noch  eine Stahlplatte eingebördelt werden, während  der Bügel am Topf selbst irgend wie dreh  bar befestigt ist.

The present invention relates to a device for receiving and storing thin-walled cooking pots made of aluminum, wel che is shown on the accompanying drawing in two exemplary embodiments, namely shows: Fig.l a basket-like device for the pot in which it is used, left in View and right in vertical section, while FIG. 2 ″ shows a pot suspended in a ring-like frame, which is provided with a round bottom to increase the resistance.



  The basket-like protective device according to FIG. 1 consists of a base plate a with two attached at opposite points th cloths b. The pot is inserted into this basket-like structure, the pressure screw e pressing against the cover h by means of the helical spring g. This cover is also provided with the usual safety valve i which can be adjusted to several atmospheres.



  In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the bottom of the pot has a round shape. In addition, the pot is seen with a supporting bead k ver inserted into the ring-like frame j. The bracket d is also attached to the ring-like frame j to rotate about bolts c. In this embodiment, the pressure screw e inserted in the bracket d presses directly on the cover <I> h. </I> A housing <I> l </I> is screwed into the cover, which has a vertical bore <I> m < / I> is provided; into which a cross hole <I> n </I> opens.

   The latter hole is secured by the plate o, which has been tried to a certain maximum pressure and which is held in place by the ring q. The valve safety device, which is also provided on the cover li, consists of the body q with the valve r, which can be set to a certain pressure by means of the adjustable cap t by means of the springs. A pointer u be attached to the cap <I> t </I> plays over a scale 9 on the lid of the pot when the cap t is adjusted. A steel plate can be crimped into the bottom of the pot, while the bracket is attached to the pot itself in some way rotatable.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Device for receiving and storing thin-walled cooking pots made of aluminum, characterized by a protective body, which includes the set cooking pot at least on the circumferential surface, with means being provided to hermetically close the lid of the cooking pot. SUBCLAIMS 1.

Device according to patent claim, characterized in that the protective body has a base plate (s) and two side tabs (b) to which a bracket (d) is articulated, on which a pressure screw (e) is arranged, which the cover (according to ) presses on the cooking pot inserted in the protective body. 2.

Device according to patent claim and sub-claim 1, characterized in that a spherically arched pot bottom is surrounded by a ring-like frame j, in which the pot is inserted supported on a support ring (k), the bracket on the ring-like frame (j) being easily rotatable (d) is fastened with the pressure screw (e) for the cover (lt). 3. Device according to claim and sub-claims 1 and 2, characterized in that on the adjustable cap <I> (t) </I> of a safety valve <I> (q) </I> of the lid a pointer (u) is provided which, when adjusting the cap (i), slides over a scale (z) provided on the cover.
