Ceiling socket for electric lamps. The subject matter of the present invention is a dech holder for electric lamps, in which a full metal jacket in a plaster holder body b # -findlicher full metal jacket with bolts mounted, means springs loaded disks and with angles for the purpose of fastening in the plaster holder body is equipped, the bolts as Guide are used for in an envelope in which the part carrying the Fas sungkontakte is used, arranged slots when inserting the envelope in the metal jacket.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing, namely shows.
FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the mount along line gh of FIG. 3, FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the mount along line ef in FIG. 4, FIG . 3 a plan view from below of the socket with inserted contact part, FIG. 4 a longitudinal section through the socket along line cd of FIGS. 3, FIG. 5 a section through the envelope #n which the contact part is inserted,
according to line a-b of FIGS. 3, FIG. 6, the plaster mount body in section, FIG. 7, a detail.
The sheet metal jacket 26 which is inserted directly into the cavity 29 of the plaster socket body 28 is cylindrical and only shows a conical bulge at the top. The bolts 1, 2 are inserted through two mutually opposite multiples drilled into the sheet metal jacket 26 . The angle 7 is mounted on the bolt 1 , against one leg of which the head 40 of the bolt 1 rests. Furthermore, the curved disk 5 is mounted on the bolt 1 , against which one end of the spring 3 rests. The other end of the spring 3 rests against the disk 42 which is clamped on the bolt 1 .
The angle 8 is mounted on the bolt 2 and the head 41 of the bolt 2 rests against one leg of the bracket. Furthermore, the curved disk 6 is mounted on the bolt 2, against which one end of the spring 4 rests. The other end of the spring 4 rests against the washer 43 clamped on the bolt 2. The brackets 7, 8 serve to fasten the metal frame in the plaster frame body 28 of the ceiling. The part 21 carrying the socket contacts is fastened in the casing 27 inserted into the sheet metal niantel 26 .
The cover 27 has two opposing slots 9, 10 which are guided on the bolts 1, 2. For fastening the part 21 in its casing 27 , the tabs 11, 12 are cut out of the wall and bent so that the slots 19, 31 arise. The traverse 13 is mated on the bent tabs 11, 12. Part 21 is screwed onto this traverse by screwing screws 16, .17 into holes 14, 15 . The part 21 carries the terminals 22, 23 for the wires and the thread 24 for screwing in the lamp 25. The part itself is constructed in a known manner.
The insulating cover 18 with the hole 32 is placed on the casing 27 . The Perzella attachment 20 is screwed onto the thread 24. The outer cylindrical part of the porcelain attachment 20 fits into the hole 32 of the insulating cover 18.
The socket is made in the following way.
The gypsum frame 28 together with the metal niantel 26 is attached to the concrete ceiling 30 , as shown in Fig. 6 is shown, namely the piece of plaster 28 is applied to the equipped with the bolts and angle pieces 31etal jacket and formed on this. When the plaster of paris is applied to the metal jacket, the slots 48, 49 are formed, in which the horizontal legs of the angles 7, 8 come to lie, so that the sheet metal jacket 26 is fixed and stored in the cavity 29 .
The casing 27 with the part 21 is then pushed into the sheet metal jacket 26 in such a way that the slots 9, 10 over the bolts < B> 1, 2 slide. The spring loaded disks 5; 6 then lie under pressure against the wall of the envelope 27, so that it is secured in every position. The lamp 25 is then inserted. The wires to the part 21 are inserted in a manner not shown.
In order to now facilitate the insertion of the casing 27 into the sheet metal jacket 26 compared to the construction as shown in FIG. 4, the construction according to FIG. 7 is executed. In the case of the construction according to FIG. 4, the panes 5, 6 press against the wall of the bleebmar title 26 provided that the cover 27 has been removed is. There are some difficulties in pressing the disks 5, 6 away from the wall of the sheet metal jacket 26 when inserting the casing 27 . For this reason, the bolts 1, 2 are designed according to FIG. 7.
An approach 36 of the bolt 35 ensures that the spring 39 the disc 38 no longer against the wall of the Sheet metal jacket 26 presses. Somewhat less space is left between the disk 38 and the wall of the sheet metal jacket 26 than the thickness of the wall of the casing 27 . The cover can now be easily inserted by only having to push away the disc 38 a little. The pressure of pressing remains the same as before.
The idea on which the invention is based can be carried out in other ways than as described and the construction presented is intended to serve only as an example.
