Description

  

  Sicherungsvorrichtung für Fenster und dergleichen.    Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine  Sicherungsvorrichtung für Fenster und der  gleichen und dient dazu, zu verhindern, dass  dieselben bei Sturm oder Zug unfreiwillig  zugeworfen und dadurch beschädigt werden.  



  Die Erfindung wird auf     mitfolgender     Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel ver  anschaulicht.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine Draufsicht der Vorrich  tung, und       Fig.    2 eine Seitenansicht.  



  Am Fensterfutter 1 und dem Fenster  flügel 2 sind je ein Beschlag 4 mittelst der  Schrauben 3 befestigt. In dem am Fenster  futter befestigten Beschlag ist eine um einen  Bolzen 5 drehbar gelagerte Hülse 6 mit kreis  förmigem Querschnitt angebracht, während  am Beschlag des Fensterflügels ein um einen  Bolzen 7 drehbarer Teil 8 gelagert ist, welcher  einen der Bohrung der Hülse 6 entsprechenden  Querschnitt hat und in derselben     teleskop-          artig    hin- und hergeschoben werden kann.

      Die Hülse 6 ist mit Ösen 9 versehen  in welchen ein um die Schraube oder den  Bolzen 10 drehbarer Hebelarm 11 gelagert  ist, der mit seinem winkelig ausgebildeten  Sperrhaken 12 durch ein in der Hülse 6  angebrachtes Loch eindringen und bei ent  sprechender Stellung des Teils 8 in verschie  dene in demselben vorgesehene Löcher 13  eingreifen kann. Der Arm 11 ist mit einer  Federvorrichtung versehen, welche den Sperr  haken 12     niederpresst,    so dass er stets auto  matisch in die Löcher des Teils 8 eingreifen  kann, sobald eines derselben sich mit dem  Loch der Hülse 6 deckt.  



  Damit der Teil 8 aus der Hülse 6 nicht  heraustreten kann, ist derselbe mit einem  nicht über die ganze Länge sich erstrecken  den Schlitz 15 versehen, durch welchen ein  in der Hülse 6 angebrachter Bolzen 16 durch  gesteckt ist und daher den Weg des Teils 8  begrenzt.  



       Mit    Hilfe der beschriebenen Vorrichtung  kann der Fensterflügel in verschiedene Winkel      zum Fensterfutter eingestellt und in den ver  schiedenen Stellungen sicher festgehalten  werden, ohne dass man befürchten muss, dass  der Flügel losschlägt und beschädigt wird.  Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass die  Sperrvorrichtung die Lage der Teile 6 und 8  automatisch sichert, so dass ein unbeabsich  tigtes Öffnen oder Schliessen des Fensters  nicht möglich ist.  



  Ausser der in der Zeichnung gezeigten       Ausführungsform    sind natürlich noch andere  Formen möglich, ohne den Rahmen der Er  findung zu überschreiten.



  Securing device for windows and the like. The present invention relates to a safety device for windows and the like and serves to prevent the same from being involuntarily thrown and thereby damaged in a storm or train.



  The invention is illustrated ver on the following drawing in one embodiment.



       Fig. 1 shows a plan view of the device Vorrich, and Fig. 2 is a side view.



  On the window frame 1 and the window sash 2 a fitting 4 by means of the screws 3 are attached. In the fitting attached to the window lining, a sleeve 6 rotatably mounted about a bolt 5 is attached with a circular cross-section, while the fitting of the window sash is mounted on a part 8 rotatable about a bolt 7, which has a cross section corresponding to the bore of the sleeve 6 and can be telescoped back and forth in the same.

      The sleeve 6 is provided with eyelets 9 in which a rotatable about the screw or the bolt 10 lever arm 11 is mounted, which penetrate with its angled locking hook 12 through a hole made in the sleeve 6 and with ent speaking position of the part 8 in various dene provided in the same holes 13 can engage. The arm 11 is provided with a spring device which presses the locking hook 12 so that it can always automatically engage in the holes of the part 8 as soon as one of the same coincides with the hole in the sleeve 6.



  So that the part 8 cannot emerge from the sleeve 6, the same is provided with a slot 15 which does not extend over the entire length and through which a bolt 16 mounted in the sleeve 6 is inserted and therefore limits the path of the part 8.



       With the aid of the device described, the window sash can be set at different angles to the window frame and securely held in the various positions without having to fear that the sash will break loose and be damaged. Another advantage is that the locking device automatically secures the position of the parts 6 and 8, so that unintentional opening or closing of the window is not possible.



  In addition to the embodiment shown in the drawing, other shapes are of course possible without going beyond the scope of the invention.

Claims

Claim: Securing device for windows and the like, in which two telescopically interlocking parts are rotatably attached to the window lining and the window sash and are provided with a locking device in such a way that the parts are held in different positions, characterized in that one of the telescopic parts is provided with a longitudinally attached slot in which a bolt attached to the other part engages and thereby prevents the two parts from disengaging. <B> SUBClaims: </B> 1.

Safety device according to patent claim, characterized in that the locking device consists of a lever arm rotatably mounted on the outer telescopic part, which engages with an angled locking hook in holes in the inner telescopic part. 2. Safety device according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the locking device is influenced by a spring in such a way that the same is always in the locking position.
