  Elektrische Glühlampe mit einem Leuchtkörper, der mindestens zum Teil aus einem  Karbid eines     Netalles    der     Tantalgruppe        bestellt.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet  eine elektrische Glühlampe mit einem     Leucht-          körper,    welcher mindestens zum Teil aus  einem Karbid eines     Metalles    der     Tantal-          gruppe    besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  die Glühlampe eine Füllung mit gegen das  Karbid     inerten    Gasen enthält.

   Der     Leucht-          körper    kann aus einem Karbid des     Tantals     oder eines.     Metalles    der     Tantalgruppe,    ge  gebenenfalls mit einer Seele dieses     Metalles,     bestehen.  



  Leuchtkörper aus einem Karbid eines       Metalles    der     Tantalgruppe,    gegebenenfalls  mit einer Seele dieses     Metalles    sind wegen  ihres hohen elektrischen Widerstandes und  ihres hohen Schmelzpunktes bereits in der  britischen Patentschrift Nr. 8840, 1906 vor  geschlagen; sie haben sich jedoch nicht be  währt, weil das Karbid bei höherer Tem  peratur den     Kohlenstoff    wieder abgibt und  sich in das Metall der     Tantalgruppe    rück  verwandelt.

      Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung enthält  die Lampe zwecks Verminderung der Zer  setzung des     Karbides    eines     Metalles    der     Tan-          talgruppe    eine Füllung von einem gegen das  Karbid     inertem    Gas, z. B. reinem Argon.  Während des Brennens der Lampe entsteht  im Innern derselben infolge der Erhitzung  des Füllgases ein Überdruck, durch welchen  das Austreten des     Kohlenstoffes    aus dem  Karbid vermindert, d. h. verlangsamt und so  die Lebensdauer des Fadens verlängert wird.

    Hierbei hat es sich auch als zweckmässig  erwiesen, dem Leuchtkörper aus     Tantalkarbid     zwecks Verminderung der Wärmeabfuhr die  Form eng     aneinanderliegender,    z. B.     schrau-          benlinienförmiger    Windungen zu geben, wie  solches bereits für andere Leuchtkörper in'  der französischen Patentschrift Nr. 298 653,  1900 vorgeschlagen wurde.

UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Glühlampe nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leuchtkörper aus einem Karbid des Tantals besteht. 2. Glühlampe nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leuchtkörper eine Seele aus einem Metall der Tantalgruppe aufweist. 3.
