Ausbetonierte Gebäude-Eisenfachwerhwand.
Concrete-reinforced building iron framework. The present invention relates to a concreted building E.isenfachwerkwan.d, in welcehr vertical, in pairs opposite, spaced from one another and in pairs forming a post, which threshold from de.r to go through to the roof, and between horizontal beams connecting the posts are provided, with the resulting compartments filled with concrete,
which extends to the outer end of the stalks and forms an uninterrupted, coherent mass in all directions of the wall, the main part of which is carried over to the foundation walls, without disrupting the iron framework.
On the drawing two Ausfüh approximately examples of the invention are shown. 1 and 2 are two vertical sections through the two embodiments in the unconcrete state; FIG. 3 is a true-to-scale section through a larger piece of the wall according to FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 such an enlarged section through the location of two stems.
The wall consists in both versions ments from vertical, each formed by two opposing and spaced stems a formed and of real, the posts connecting beams; whereby the resulting compartments are filled with concrete. The beams c, for example purlins, frames, transoms, thresholds or the like, run between the istems cc, which run from the basic threshold to the main cornice.
The stems are: connected to each other by U-shaped pieces d. The cavities formed between the legs a and the real beams c are, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, filled flush with the outer edges of the legs a with concrete e, whereby the horizontal beams c on all sides and the vertical legs a be enveloped and insulated on three sides by the filling compound.
The posts each consist of two posts a with a dovetail-shaped cross section, which are parallel to one another and separated from one another with the surfaces b facing one another. The open side of the handles a is on the outside and thus they come, even with the cross-section corresponding to their iron thickness, on the outside, whereby the fire safety is significantly increased.
The dead weight of the filling compound e, which becomes load-bearing after hardening, is automatically and automatically transferred to the foundation walls on both sides of the horizontal beams c lying between the two adjacent stems a, without putting too much strain on the framework a, c.
The framework itself therefore mainly only bears the ceiling and roof loads. The filling compound e, of the framework forms in every direction, that is, from the foundation wall to the main cornice, as well as between the stems a through a coherent, vertically standing stable and at the same time stiffening plate, while in the previous construction an @d Only individual fields that were not viable for themselves were available.
Formwork f and scaffolding can be attached directly to the wall posts a be, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, by screws g, whose head can be moved in the dovetail cross-section of the cavity, posts a and an abutment to the outside .
The outer wall plaster h, engages directly in: the dovetail-shaped recess or! Stems a, which makes a plaster base unnecessary.
The fact that the posts consist of two stems a are arranged separately from one another also prevent sweating through.
In the Ausfüh tion shown in Fig. 1, an upright wood is used between the stems a, while FIG. 2 shows a 1-iron in its place.
While in the embodiment according to Fig. 1, because of the all-round embedding of the upright wood c, there is quite a degree of fire safety, this is achieved through the use of the iron girders also embedded all around according to @Fig. 2 still increased significantly.
Pumice concrete is suitably used as a filling compound, but the use of the high load-bearing gravel concrete is also of particular advantage, insofar as self-supporting walls are created, as with reinforced concrete, with all the advantageous properties of the same. The reinforcement irons respectively. the stems can even be used as carriers for the) wall cladding when pouring the concrete into the compartments. will.
