Krenzspulmaschine.

Winding machine. It is known in cross-winding machines to drive the winding spindle from a next to it arranged drive spindle to which the latter BEZW the winding spindle. the coil being produced is pressed on by spring force in order to be rotated by the drive spindle by means of friction.
This is done by the winding spindle. respectively A reduction gear is driven by the bobbin, with the help of which, as the bobbin thickness increases, with the bobbin spindle swinging out about an axis, the speed of movement of the thread guide is slowed down, in the interest of achieving a uniform winding over the entire thickness of the bobbin, the speed of which decreases with Increase in coil, lieke decreases.
Since in this embodiment the whole reduction gear of the winding spindle driven only by frictional force, respectively. - is driven by the bobbin, the winding thread is subjected to a correspondingly strong frictional attack and thus the bobbin is exposed to harmful stress. Such a stress is especially not able to withstand more sensitive thread material such as rayon.
In order to achieve a uniform cross winding over the entire thickness of the bobbin, while avoiding harmful stress on the bobbin, the cross-winding machine forming the subject of the invention is mediated by a movement of the thread guide.
nichf via the bobbin driven drive at the same time the winding spindle is being driven, whereby a control element is automatically adjusted so that the speed of movement of the thread guide corresponds to the speed of rotation of the bobbin being thickened.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of this cross-winding machine - illustrated, namely 'shows: -:
_- -'- Fig. 1 honor elevation - -with. Partial longitudinal section of the same, Fig. 2 is a front view from the right of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a section according to III III of Fig. 1, Fig. 4 is a section according to IV-IV of Fig.l, while Fig. 5 shows a longitudinal section,
with the omission of a number of parts drawn in FIG. 1.
It denotes 1 the common drive shaft of a number of winding machines. On this shaft, a friction wheel 2 of each winding machine is non-rotatable, but arranged axially displaceable, namely the friction wheel 2 can be adjusted radially by means of a control lever 3 on a face plate 4 --er the. The face plate 4 sits firmly on a shaft 6 mounted in the machine housing 5, while the control lever 3 is mounted on a shaft 7 also mounted in the machine housing. On the shaft 7 a tooth arc 8 is fixed, which is 9 in engagement with a tooth arch.
The tooth arc 9 is attached to a sleeve 10 pushed onto the shaft 6, on which the latter a support arm 11 is also fastened, in which the winding spindle 12 is mounted. The winding spindle 12 is driven by a belt drive 13, one disk of which is stuck on the shaft 6; this disk of the belt drive 13 is expediently variable in diameter in a manner known per se, so that an exact regulation of the drive speed of the winding spindle 12 is possible.
Due to the influence of a torsion spring 14 which engages the machine housing 5 at one end and the support arm 11 at the other end, the latter and thereby the winding spindle 1, 2 are pressed in the direction of a roller 15. This roller 15, which is mounted on a spindle 16 attached to the machine housing 5 and is expediently supported on ball bearings, is not connected to the drive, but forms a freely rotatable one. Stop for the spool S.
On the shaft 6 of the faceplate 4, a toothed piston 17 is attached, from which a shaft 19 is driven via a gear 18, on which the lifting body 20 is used for moving the rod 22 equipped with the thread guide 21.
At the beginning of the winding work, the friction wheel 2 is close to the center of the face plate 4, so that the shaft 6 has its highest speed, consequently also the winding spindle 12, while the thread guide 21 is moved back and forth correspondingly quickly. With to take the thickness of the bobbin S engaged in production, the latter pushes itself with swinging of the support arm 11 around the shaft 6 against the influence of the rotation spring 14 from the freely rotatable stop 15 away.
With the support arm 11, however, the toothed arch 9 is also pivoted accordingly, which in turn pivots the toothed arch 8, so that the control lever 3 is moved by means of the shaft 7 in the sense that the friction wheel 2 on the face plate 4 is adjusted radially outward.
This radial adjustment of the friction wheel 2 on the face plate 4 takes place to the extent that, as the thickness of the bobbin S increases, its speed decreases and the speed of movement of the reciprocating thread guide 21 is reduced accordingly, so that a bobbin is created which on the entire thickness has a uniform (so-called effect cross winding).
After the completely wound bobbin S has been removed from the winding spindle 12, the latter swings back around the shaft 6 against the rotatable stop 15. The pair of toothed arches 9, 8 is rotated back into the starting position by the support arm 11 and consequently the friction wheel 2 is again positioned against the center of the faceplate 4, so that the machine is without any further operational readiness again.
The thread spool in the process of being formed is significantly relieved of frictional attack compared to the embodiment described at the beginning of known winding machines, so that the thread material is protected accordingly.
Of course, the training type of the winder according to the invention can also be used for such. Cross-winding machines are provided which are used to produce conical, instead of (as shown) cylindrical bobbins.
