Elektrisches Drehspulen-1llessinstrument.
Electric moving coil meter. The subject of the invention is an electrical moving coil measuring instrument, which is characterized in that the axis of rotation of oscillating parts is mounted inside the coil carrier without enforcing it to the outside.
The accompanying drawing shows an example embodiment of the subject invention, namely Fig. 1 is a rotary magnet voltmeter in longitudinal section.
Fig. 2 is a plan of Fig. 1 Fig. 3 is a detail in cross section and on a larger scale.
The pointer a and the soft iron armature b, , which form the oscillating parts of the instrument c according to FIG. 1, are attached to an axis of rotation d designed as a hollow cylinder. This axis of rotation is closed at the top and slipped over a bearing pin f carried by the lower plate e of the bobbin, which ends at the top in a conical tip g on which the axis of rotation d rests in the position of the instrument shown. The upper end of the hollow cylinder d is designed as a bearing tip h which rests against the upper wall i of the coil support.
When the instrument is pivoted by 180 about the horizontal axis, the hollow cylinder d rests with its tip h on the wall of the coil former, which is then at the bottom.
The main advantage of the described measuring instrument is that sensitivity and power consumption can be brought to extremely favorable values. The assembly of the rotating system inside the coil carrier is extremely simple: all you need is the hollow pin d carrying parts a and b placed on the pin f and the plate i of the coil carrier over it to be laid.
For this reason, the measuring instrument described is suitable for mass production. The described design and storage of the axis of rotation of the oscillating parts a and b has the further advantage of a reliably uniform Rei environment and damping. The amount of friction can be set to any value by appropriate selection of the length of the hollow pin d. In contrast to known instruments, such an instrument works perfectly and reliably in every position.
