1Vlüllwagen.
1 filling car. The present invention is a garbage truck with a conveyor in the Behäl ter, which promotes the einüt ended garbage to the inside of the container. A screw conveyor that is rotatable with respect to the stationary container wall is not suitable for this because the bulky pieces often contained in the shell get stuck in the gap between the screw and the container wall and easily clog, damage and render the screw ineffective. According to the invention, the garbage receptacle is rotatably arranged. Inside the receptacle, the same screw-shaped conveying surfaces are firmly connected to the wall of the same.
On the back of the container there is a fixed cover which contains the filling opening and which can be opened to empty.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through the same, Fig. 2 is a section along line 2-2 in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a section along line 3- 3 in Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 is a view of the rear of the carriage.
The garbage truck shown is designed as a motor car and has a drum-shaped garbage receptacle a, which is rotatably arranged on the vehicle frame about its axis at the front and back, for which purpose it is provided on its circumference with two races b made of T-iron, which rest on two pairs of rollers c. In its longitudinal center, the refuse container is provided with a toothed ring d which meshes with a pinion d1.
This pinion can sit on one of the shafts of the motorized drive of the wagon or be coupled to the motor in some other way, so that when the wagon is moving or stationary, the bin can be rotated around its horizontal longitudinal axis in one or the other direction.
Inside the container a there is a screw e which is attached to the inside of the container jacket. In addition, a further screw g is arranged within the screw e, which sits on a shaft f. This shaft can be arranged so that the receptacle a rotates around it. On the front side, the container is closed by a wall that rotates with the container jacket. On the back as against the container is closed by a not rotating with its jacket, hinged lid na, which is carried by the vehicle frame. In this lid you will find the filling opening $ 7 for the garbage. The receiving container can also be designed without the screw g.
The operation of the device is as follows: For charging, the drive mechanism for the garbage can is switched on when the car is stationary or moving. As a result, the garbage thrown through the pouring opening h is captured by the conveying surfaces attached to the inside of the container jacket and conveyed into the interior. After the container has been filled up to a certain height, the garbage is also picked up by the screw g located inside the screw e, thereby supporting the conveyance. The screws inside the container can be single or multi-threaded.
You can let the container turn slowly or only switch it on at certain time intervals, depending on the operation. The power consumption is extremely low, as no resistance caused by pressure has to be overcome. The degree of filling is also very good, as the constant movement of the garbage causes it to shake up, so that the weight of a certain volume of the conveyed garbage is greater than that of the non-conveyed garbage. For emptying, the lid is opened in and the direction of rotation of the container is changed. The waste is completely removed from the container backwards in a very short time.
