Description

  

      Dauerbrandeinrichtung    an Gasapparaten.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine       Dauerbrandeinrichtung    an Gasapparaten und  bezweckt die Anwendung einer kleinen Dauer  flamme zur Entzündung der Flamme bei Gas  apparaten zum Beispiel Gasherden. Alle bis  jetzt bekannten Methoden des     Gasanzündens,     seien es Zündhölzchen oder     Anzündeapparate,     ermöglichen nicht ein so sicheres und rasches  Anzünden der Gasflamme wie eine Dauer  flamme. In der Zeichnung ist eine beispiels  weise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegen  standes dargestellt.  



       Abb.    1 zeigt einen Dauerbrenner an einem  gewöhnlichen Brenner angebracht in der Drauf  sieht;       Abb.    2 bringt eine Seitenansicht davon;       Abb.    3 zeigt das     Brennerköpfchen    im  Längsschnitt, etwas vergrössert.  



  Wie aus den     Abb.    1 und 2 deutlich her  vorgeht, mündet das Röhrchen a mit einem  Ende e vor dem Regulierhahn in die Gaszulei  tung. Das andere Ende trägt das kleine Brenner  köpfchen b, welches in     Abb.    3 vergrössert und  im Schnitt dargestellt ist, in welchem die       Gasausflussöffnung    c sichtbar ist. Sowohl bei    geschlossenem, als auch bei     offenem    Regulier  hahn durchfliesst das Gas das Röhrchen     a     und unterhält so ein kleines     Dauerflämmchen,     welches ruhig an der Seite .des Brenners  brennt.  



  Zum Anzünden des grossen Brenners braucht  man nichts weiteres zu tun, als den Regulier  hahn aufzudrehen und das aus dem grossen  Brenner strömende Gas entzündet sich sofort  an der Flamme des Dauerbrenners.    Dies ermöglicht ein rasches und sicheres  Anzünden des Gases ohne Streichholz oder  ähnliche Hilfsmittel und schaltet zugleich  die Gefahr der Gasvergiftungen und Explo  sionen; welche häufig durch     offen    gelassene  Regulierhahnen entstehen, aus.  



  Diese     Dauerbrandeinrichtung    kann auf ein  fachste Weise an jedem gewöhnlichen Gas  brenner     angebracht    werden.



      Continuous fire device on gas apparatus. The subject of the present invention is a permanent fire device on gas appliances and aims to use a small permanent flame to ignite the flame in gas appliances, for example gas stoves. All previously known methods of gas lighting, be it matches or lighters, do not allow the gas flame to be lit as safely and quickly as a continuous flame. In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown.



       Fig. 1 shows a perennial burner attached to an ordinary burner in the top view; Fig. 2 is a side view thereof; Fig. 3 shows the burner head in a longitudinal section, somewhat enlarged.



  As can be clearly seen from Figs. 1 and 2, the tube a opens with one end e in front of the regulating valve in the gas supply line. The other end carries the small burner head b, which is enlarged in Fig. 3 and shown in section, in which the gas outlet opening c is visible. When the regulating valve is closed as well as when it is open, the gas flows through the tube a and thus maintains a small permanent flame that burns quietly on the side of the burner.



  To light the large burner you don't need to do anything else than turn on the regulating tap and the gas flowing out of the large burner ignites immediately on the flame of the long-life burner. This enables the gas to be lit quickly and safely without a match or similar aids and at the same time switches off the risk of gas poisoning and explosions; which are often caused by regulating cocks left open.



  This endurance fire device can be attached to any conventional gas burner in the simplest possible way.

PATENT CLAIM: Continuous burning device on gas appliances, characterized by a continuous burner, the gas supply line of which is connected to the gas supply line in the direction of the gas flow in front of the regulating valve, which enables the burner flame to be lit up quickly and reliably and the continuous supply of the pilot flame both when the flame is open and as well as when the control valve is closed.
