Bürste. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Bür ste, deren Borsten in einzelne Bündel unter- t(,ilt sind. Die Borstenbündel sind nicht mehr wie bisher unmittelbar in das Bürstenholz mittelst Pech eingesetzt, sondern unter Ver mittlung einer besonderen Fassung für jedes Biindel. Die Fassung weist zweckmässiger weise einen den Borstenkopf haltenden Fas sungsring auf, dessen unterer Rand eingezo gen ist, oder eine einen Fassungsring aufneh mende Metallkappe,
deren unterer Rand ein gezogen ist und das Borstenbündel unter dem Fassungsring einschnürt. Die Befestigung der Borstenbünclel-Fassungen mit dem Bür stenholz ist auf verschiedene Art und Weise möglich.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Emfindungs- gegenstand in mehreren Ausführungsbeispie len dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Bürste gemäss der Erfindung i iu Querschnitt, Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der Bürste in Pfeil richtung und Schnitt nach A-B der Fig. 1, Fig. 3 und 4 entsprechende Schnitte einer zweiten Ausführungsform,
Fig. 5 bis 9 weitere Ausführungsformen der Befestigung der einzelnen Borstenbündel im Bürstenholz bezw. in ihrer Fassung.
Die Borsten der Bürste sind in einzelne Bündel 1 unterteilt und jedes dieser Bündel 1 ist entsprechend Fig. 8 in einem Fassungs= ring 2 gefasst, und zwar mit oder ohne Ver heilung. Die Borsten können vorher in ir gendeinem geeigneten Material bekannter Art gegründet sein und sitzen fest im Fas sungsring 2, der an seinem untern Rand 2a so eingepresst ist, dass die Borsten unterhalb der Pressung festsitzen.
Der Fassungsring 2 selbst kann jedoch auch entsprechend Fig.. 9 ohne Einschnürung sein und ist dann um geben von einer Kappe 3, deren unterer Rand 4 eingeschnürt ist und die Borsten unter halb des Fassungsringes fest zusammenpresst. Zwischen dem Borstenkopf und der Kappe 3 ist eine Scheibe 5 aus Kork oder einem an dern zweckentsprechenden Stoff eingeschal tet. Das Bürstenholz :der Fig. 1 und 2 ,besteht aus einem Bürstenrahmen 6 und einem Bür stendeckel 7.
Der Bürstenrahmen 6 ist eine gelochte Platte, deren Löcher 8 im Durch messer so bemessen sind, .dass sie die Kappen 3 bezw. den eingezogenen Fassungsring 2 umschliessen, wenn die Borstenbündel 1 von oben her mit der Spitze durch die Löcher hindurchgeführt sind. Die Fassungsringe 2, bezw. Kappen 3 können also nicht. durch den Bürstenrahmen 6 hindurchtreten und werden durch den Bürstendeckel 7 in ihrer Lage un verrückbar festgehalten, der auf .dem Bür stenrahmen 6 gelegt und mit diesem durch zweckentsprechende Mittel, zum Beispiel durch Nägel, Schrauben oder dergleichen fest verbunden ist.
Bürstenrahmen 6 und Bürstendeckel 7 sind entsprechend Fig. 1 und 2 mit einem Blechstreifen 9 ummantelt, der mit beiden Teilen durch Nägel 10, Schrauben oder der gleichen vereinigt ist. Anstatt des Blech streifens sind entsprechend den Fig. 3 und 4 Blechbügel 9a verwendet, welche Bürsten rahmen 6 und Bürstendeckel 7 mit umgebör- .delten Rändern umgreifen und innig mitein ander verbinden, so dass ein Werfen und Bie gen des Halses ausgeschlossen ist.
Ausserdem gibt es natürlich noch andere Möglichkeiten zur Verbindung von Bürstenrahmen 6 und Bürstendeckel 7, welch letzterer eine mitt lere Bohrung 11 mit Muttergewinde zur Auf nahme .des Bürstengriffes besitzt.
Die Borsten werden infolge ihrer beson deren Fassung unverrückbar in derselben fest gehalten, während die Fassung unverrück bar festsitzt im Bürstenholz. Nach Entfer nung des Bürstendeckels können bei Bedarf die abgenutzten Bündel leicht und bequem erneuert werden. Die Haltbarkeit .der Bürste ist eine unbegrenzte. Ein Ausfallen der Bor sten ist vollkommen ausgeschlossen, da die Bürste witterungs-, feuchtigkeits- und wär mebeständig ist und insbesondere auch hei Verwendung von 01, Teer, Benzin, Spiritus, Karbolineum, Petroleum und deren Mischun. gen unibedingt haltbar bleibt.
Die Borsten bündel sind in der Mitte der Bürste zweck- mässigerweise stärker als an ihrem Rande, jedoch ist die Stärke .der Borsten.bündel und ihre Anordnung an kein bestimmtes Mass ge bunden.
Die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 5 ent spricht derjenigen der Fig. 1 und 2, ledig lich mit dem Unterschied, dass der Bürsten deckel 12 dünner gehalten ist.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 6 ist eine andere Befestigung der Borstenbün- del 1 im Bürstenholz vorgesehen. Der Bür stenrahmen 13 besitzt durchgangsgleiche Bohrungen 14 zur Aufnahme der Kappen 3. Über die einzelnen Borstenbündel 1 wird eine Metallplatte 15 geschoben mit entspre chend engeren Löchern, welche sich über den eingezogenen Teil der Kappen 3, aber gegen deren breiteren Teil legen.
Verbindet man die Metallplatte 15 mit dem Bürstenrahmen 13 und befestigt man auf dessen anderer Seite einen Bürstendeckel 16, so sind die Fassungen der Borstenbündel fest mit dem Bürstenholz verbunden. Bürstenrahmen 13 und Bürstendeckel 16 können auch zu einem Ganzen vereinigt sein, indem die Löcher den stärkeren Bürstenrahmen nicht -ganz durch setzen.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 7 ist aus den Fassungskappen 3 je eine Gewinde hülse 17 herausgezogen, mittelst welcher die Kappen in Löcher des Bürstenholzes 18 ein geschraubt sind.
Naturgemäss sind noch andere Befesti gungsarten zwischen Borstenbündel und Bür stenholz möglich, sofern nur das Hauptmerk mal der Erfindung, nämlich die besondere Fassung für die Borstenbündel, insbesondere die geschilderte Fassung und deren festge- fügte Verbindung mit dem Bürstenholz vor handen ist.

The bristles of the brush are divided into individual bundles 1 and each of these bundles 1 is set in a mount = ring 2 as shown in FIG. 8, with or without healing. In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, the bristle bundles 1 are fastened differently in the brush wood. The Bür stenrahmen 13 has through holes 14 for receiving the caps 3. In the embodiment of FIG. 7, a threaded sleeve 17 is pulled out of the socket caps 3, by means of which the caps are screwed into holes of the brush wood 18.
Naturally, other types of attachment between the bristle bundle and brush wood are possible, provided that only the main feature of the invention, namely the special version for the bristle bundle, in particular the described version and its fixed connection with the brush wood, is present.
