Pour obvier à ces inconvénients, la présente invention a pour objet un chariot pour l'enfournage du pain qui comporte, monté sur un véhicule à trois galets à orientation automatique dans la direction du roulement, un axe vertical supportant au moins un rayon tournant de manière à faciliter le chargement et le dé chargement direct de l'enfournage à l'aide d'un seul desservant et sans déplacer le vé hicule amené devant le four.
Le dessin annexé donne, à titre -d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution d'un chariot sui vant l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une élévation et la fig. 2 une coupe suivant la ligne A-B de fig. 1 montrant le chariot à galets.
Dans cette forme d'exécution, 1 repré sente un axe central vertical, sur lequel sont superposés, à intervalles réglables, des rayons ou tablettes 2 de forme circulaire pouvant tourner dans un plan horizontal autour de l'axe 1. Les rayons sont confectionnés par exemple en bois -dur imprégné, pour résister à l'humidité. Ils sont superposés dans les gorges des bagues d'arrêt 3 à vis de calage 4, permettant de régler à volonté l'écartement entre les rayons.
L'axe 1 est vissé sur un véhicule 5 à trois roues ou galets montés dans les chapes 7, susceptibles ,de tourner autour de leurs pi vots verticaux afin d'orienter les galets auto matiquement dans la direction de roulement.
Le chariot acquiert ainsi une grande mo bilité et un seul ouvrier suffit pour le :dépla cer, même lorsqu'il est complètement chargé. Les bannetons sont disposés sur les rayons 2, de manière que lorsque le chariot se trouve devant le four, ils puissent facilement être déchargés et enfournés.
Le fait de pouvoir tourner les rayons au tour de l'axe 1, facilite la manoeuvre d'en fournement parce qu'il suffit d'un seul des servant pour effectuer cette opération dans un laps de temps aussi court que s'il y en avait deux. Il va sans dire qu'au lieu d'un axe central fixe, on peut prévoir ,une forme d'exécution du chariot avec axe rotatif, roulant dans une crapaudine ou palier à billes, fixée sur le véhicule. Dans ce cas, les rayons peuvent être fixés sur l'axe. Selon les circonstances, on peut construire le chariot en combinant l'axe et les rayons tournants.
Les rayons, au lieu d'être en bois, peu vent être aussi en tôle galvanisée pour em pêcher la rouille.
