Bolzensieher ung.
The subject of the present invention is a bolt locking device which is characterized by an inner two-part nut sleeve, which has an outer surface that converges towards the support surface, and by an outer one.
with an external hexagon provided clamping ring, in the outer surface of the nut sleeve corresponding to the inner surface of the nut sleeve, secured against rotation, is mounted, the whole in such a way that when the clamping ring is rotated, the nut sleeve is taken and the threads of the screw bolt until the Clamping ring on the support surface, both pressing this clamping ring tightly against the latter, _als also presses the nut sleeve more intimately into the threads of the bolt and thereby an unwanted loss of screw bolts used for screwing objects, for example caused by vibrations prevented.
In the accompanying drawings, several embodiments of the subject invention are shown. Fig. 1 is a cross section of a first shape; Figures 2, 3 and 4, 5 are each cross-section and horizontal section of two further shapes, and Figure 6 is a cross-section of a fourth embodiment.
According to FIG. 1, the fuse consists of a two-part inner nut sleeve 1 which is seated in an outer clamping ring 2. The nut sleeve consists of two equal parts, each of which corresponds to the nut half reduced by half the amount of the separation gap. The outer surfaces of the nut sleeve halves together have the shape of a truncated pyramid and fit into the inner surface of the clamping ring, the outer surface of which forms a hexagon.
If the clamping ring is placed with its larger opening to the outside on the Auflagerflä.che 3, from which the bolt 4 either emerges as a stud bolt or in which the bolt is held back by a head not shown, and the nut sleeve is inserted into the ring, so when turning the clamping ring, the dragged 11lutter sleeve seeks to follow the thread of the bolt 4 and the wedge effect of the clamping ring is pressed more and more firmly against the bearing surface and the thread of the nut sleeve is pressed deeper into the thread of the bolt.
According to Fig. 2 and 3, the larger Publ opening of the clamping ring, after the nut sleeve 1 has been inserted, leaving a certain clearance for the nut sleeve, through a plate 5 fixed in some way on the ring, which has a recess 6 for the bolt has completed.
This termination can also be designed according to FIG. 6, where, in order to be able to keep the clamping ring as low as possible and to give the fuse a pleasing appearance, the termination is a decorated, pressed-on sheet metal cap 7.
Instead of a pyramid surface, the outer surfaces of the nut sleeve could together also form a conical surface, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In this case, 2 spring wedges 8 are provided for driving the nut sleeve through the clamping ring. To secure the entrainment of the nut sleeve through the clamping ring, other means could also be present than a pyramid surface or spring wedges. Also, the mother could sleeve instead of two parts, as shown, also more parts, for. B. three parts, can be made without departing from the essence of the invention.
